Overwhelming part of the specified amount - 1.175 billion rubles – fell on "transition to digital active and adaptive networks from the automation distributed by an intelligent system and managements". The second in value item of expenditure – 175.2 million rubles – was made by "transition to complex efficiency of business processes and automation of management systems".
Expenses on the innovation products of "IDGC of Siberia" grew almost twice: in 2017 they made about 688 million rubles. As well as in 2018, then an overwhelming part of this amount was also spent for transition to digital active and adaptive networks from the automation distributed by an intelligent system and managements.
The Siberian region "Digital transformation of 2030" represents the platform for implementation of pilot projects of the concept of Rosseti. At the end of 2017 "IDGC of Siberia" put the Russia's first digital substation in operation. It was created in Krasnoyarsk Krai and carries the name of "the Name of M.P. Smorgunov". By summer of 2019 in Krasnoyarsk creation of the second digital substation should be completed, and it will become the only city in the country with two digital substations, according to "IDGC of Siberia".
According to the annual report of "IDGC of Siberia", as of the middle of 2019 the company at the same time implements 15 pilot projects in all regions of the presence: builds 6 digital substations and creates 9 digital regions of the electric networks (REN).
Within transition to digital substations of a different class of tension" in 2018 in "IDGC of Siberia" implementation of pilot projects on reconstruction of substations Prudskaya (Altayenergo), Omsk (Omskenergo), Top Chita (Chitaenergo) began.
In 2018 in Krasnoyarsk Krai the digital Command center was also opened by networks of the region. Creation of the systems of intellectual electricity metering became one of the projects in the direction of transition to digital active and adaptive networks with an intelligent system of automation and management executed in 2018. Its purpose are increase in net electricity supply, decrease in commercial losses, operating costs, timely and reliable providing participants of retail market of electrical energy with reliable information.
The counters which are a part of this system allow to control electricity consumption by subscribers in real time and to make restriction of a power consumption according to the ultimate capacity set by the agreement on power supply. Also they allow to disconnect completely the consumer upon the demand of the power sales organization. Metering devices give the chance to carry out the accounting of electrical energy in the hourly mode on several rates and zones of day.
Digital transformation of power industry of Siberia already goes. Not the fashionable trend, is reality. And it will be our key project for the next eleven years, - the CEO words of "IDGC of Siberia" of Pavel Akilina are cited in the annual report for 2018. - Having completed pilot projects in 2020-2022, we broadcast this experience on all regions and we will cover with a digital network all territory of presence of the company. |
By words Akilina, in the company expect that in the long term digitalization of a network complex will allow to contain growth of a rate, to achieve complete observability and predictability of network, to reduce losses of the electric power and in general to unroll the company towards the consumer.
For example, in the digital Emelyanovsky distribution zone we will achieve 100 percent observability of network, we will lower the electric power wastage rate from today's 30% to 7% and for 15% we will reduce costs for maintenance and repair of networks, - "IDGC of Siberia" quotes Vitaly Ivanov in the annual report. |
