Corus Consulting Group is going to expand functionality of own solutions. In particular, upgrade Korus Five|of the solution "Document flow" on the Microsoft SharePoint platform, including, due to expansion of interaction with external services is expected. One of priorities of development of the ECM direction of Lanit is connected with blitz implementations, i.e. projects lasting a week, but not months. Within implementation of this process, the company released the solution "LanDocs: Express".

At the same time, general audit of actions is conducted and all data are processed in one system.
In 2020 the company is going to complete setup of the global cloud version of the platform on the basis of which she will be able to offer the services standardized by SaaS in the majority of the countries, including Russia.

Elena Ivanova, the marketing director of the company "Electronic office systems" (EOS GROUP), tells that the company in the systems will improve communications between users (the messenger, a chat, the system of notifications will appear), to develop the search system regarding relevance and performance and also a process management system. Such technologies as Big Data, and IoT, according to her, are also actively applied by Machine Learning in developments of EOS Group.
Victor Weinstein, the CEO of Business Logic company, addsthat for small and medium business the modern, competitive ECM platform should be cloud. Just because to the enterprise of a segment of SMB it is economically inexpedient to have own ECM infrastructure. At the same time, for an enterprise segment the modern ECM platform should have such properties as infinite scalability, centrality, access to a system from any device, including mobile (it is possible that shortly the priority will be behind mobility – Mobile First), intellectuality, flexibility, reliability and security.
Expansion of opportunities of joint work
Domestic developers SED/ESM-sistem go the way expansions of opportunities of joint work over documents.
Sergey Evsikov, the director of "Ascon System of design", in particular, speaks about it. According to him, in Pilot-ECM developers aim to expand possibilities of simultaneous operation of several specialists (users) with one document. Process parallelization significantly reduces a set-up time of documents of the company — here both the automatic conflict resolution, and change tracking, and approval. At the same time the document is updated on the fly, without reset.
Similar innovations wait also for EDMS from 1C. So, Nadezhda Kochetkova, the evangelist of "1C: Document Flow", tells that in the new edition systems in 2018 on preparation and joint work with documents it will not be necessary to spend time as a system will allow: at the same time to make changes in the document at parallel approval by several approving persons; to automatically consolidate the notes issued by the approving persons; to automatically create the protocol of disagreements.
New functionality mobile EDMS
The mobility is one of the most popular trends. In opinion Sergey Tikhonov, the commercial director "The first Form", in the field of EDMS\ECM those mobile applications which can implement difficult business logic are demanded and support the customized processes of the specific customer. Mobile application should be able to adapt under business requirements exactly as well as the main SED\ESM the solution. The mobility of employees with minimum loss of quality of their work is only this way reached.

The new server of mobile solutions provides viewing the connected documents, expanded synchronization of events, a search capability of documents in online, storage of history of the processed documents, editing the issued instructions, the direction for secondary vising, creation of draft documents and initiative instructions and many other things. So from the mobile client it is possible to register the document, to send it and to withdraw back, to create the draft document and to vise it, to find the document and to put in a personal folder.
It is possible to work with two tablets at the same time: from one at work, from other house, and all data will be synchronized though work is conducted not in a cloud and on devices data really lie.
We also processed all interface completely. Now we have a unified interface on three platforms - Windows, Apple and Android. The user can change devices and at him visually nothing will change.
Embedding of functions of the adjacent systems
Any modern competitive EDMS has the powerful process engine (workflow) that does it rather close to BPM systems. Of course, solutions of these classes are not identical and interchangeable, but in terms of automation of difficult logic of document handling modern became closer than EDMS to Business Process Management Suite. Possibilities of a blockchain
Interest in blockchain technology continues to grow, application for it is found in different IT solutions including in an EDMS/ECM systems. According to Victor Weinstein, the CEO of Business Logic, the company studies a blockchain and it already has first pilot projects on which the linking of this technology with ECM solutions is approved. He expects emergence of the first commercial projects in 2018.

As Artur Ishkhanyan from ID-Management Technologies notes, the Russian state organizations and the enterprises needed the available analogs of foreign solutions which are not conceding to them in quality, but more loyal to the consumer at ownership cost.
