On May 18, 2020 X5 Retail Group announced development of remote sales channels and expansion of a zone of the pilot of fast delivery from Perekryostok supermarkets. On May 15, 2020 X5 Retail Group reported that the retail chain stores Intersection started online monitoring of load of supermarkets that buyers in real time could estimate safety of visit of shop at present. For May 15, 2020 this service monitors a situation in supermarkets of Moscow, the Moscow region, St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region. Until the end of May, 2020 it will cover all cities of presence of retail chain stores. It is possible to look at information on the website of Intersection in the section of the address of shops.

Well to two displays of load of supermarket: low and high. Data are updated each 15 minutes. For each supermarket the status is defined on the basis of the punched checks in the specified period and territories of a trading floor.
