2022: Production of 3 million electronic printed circuit boards in 10 months

The production of electronic printed circuit boards in Moscow increased by 62% compared to the same period in 2021. This became known on October 11, 2022.

So, for example, the resident of the Nagatino technopark reached record levels - 3 million products in 10 months. Double the number of equipment and production due to the growth in demand for domestic electronics.

In the economic conditions of the fall of 2022, many organizations withdraw their production from other countries. High electricity tariffs force companies to adjust the cost of board installation work sometimes several times, placing production in China entails logistical risks. Therefore, it becomes more profitable to work in Russia with industry industries[1] of[2]

2009

Nagatino-ZiL (Nagatino i-land), a Moscow technopark under construction, should become the largest technopark in terms of area not only in Moscow, but also in Europe. It is being built in the western part of the Nagatinskaya floodplain on the territory of the ZiL plant. On a plot of 32 hectares, it is planned to place 20 buildings with a total area of about 800 thousand m2, connected by a multi-storey glass passage (total area - about 15 thousand m2) and a traveler with a length of more than 500 m. In addition to offices, there will be educational and laboratory premises, recreational and recreation complexes, parking lots (capable of accommodating almost 6 thousand cars), hotels, exhibition and congress centers, shopping and service areas. It is assumed that the technopark will provide work for more than 40 thousand people.

The Technopark is sharpened, first of all, for innovative companies: it was planned to create something like the American Silicon Valley, with convenient infrastructure and communications. Nevertheless, given the current economic situation, the occupation of new tenants can be any. " According to the developer, negotiations are underway with several large IT companies, but lease agreements have not yet been signed. For small service companies, the technopark provides preferential rental rates.

As Natalia Proskurina, head of the information support service at Nagatino i-Land, told CNews, the first stage of the project (6 class B + office buildings and 2 multi-level parking) was 100% funded and built. Currently, the phased commissioning of these buildings is underway (three buildings have already been fully commissioned). 70% of all premises have already been leased or sold.

As Proskurina noted, together with the objects of the first stage, a data processing center (DPC) of the 2nd level with 55 racks will be launched, in the second stage, another data center will be built ( the 3rd level with 250 racks). The local telecom operator of the technopark and the system integrator of the project is Bigfoot Telecom.

According to Proskurina, the official opening of the technopark will take place at the end of autumn 2009 - presumably in November. The offices of the first tenants will be able to start work after the new 2010, now repairs are underway there. At the same time, the second and third stages are being designed in the workshop of architect Andrei Chernikhov. Their construction will begin immediately after the sale and lease of all the areas of the buildings built (according to current plans, in 2010). The construction of the fourth and fifth stages is scheduled for 2011-2013.

The Moscow government extended the terms of design and construction of the Moscow technopark Nagatino-ZiL (Nagatino i-land) until December 31, 2013 [3] Earlier it was planned to complete construction in 2011.

Shareholders and developers

The customer, developer and investor of the project is the Moscow Business Incubator company, specially created in 2003 to implement this project. The company's shareholders are AMO ZIL (25%) and private investors (75%). This project - public-private partnership - received the support of the city authorities within the framework of the City Target Program to provide small businesses with non-residential premises. The Moscow government will ensure the development of transport infrastructure (the construction of new roads and interchanges, bridges across the Moscow River, river transport berths) and will open a new metro station Technopark (between Avtozavodskaya and Kolomenskaya stations of the Zamoskvoretskaya line), the construction of which will begin this year and will be completed in 2011. The architectural part of the station has already been approved.

Project budget

Before the crisis, the estimated cost of the project was estimated at 28.5 billion rubles. Now, according to Finam analysts, the total budget of the technopark will be approximately $1-1.2 billion, taking into account the fact that the crisis reduces the cost of work, but the extended time can lead to an increase in costs.
