2017

Becar will build the largest coworking network in Russia

By the end of 2017, Becar Asset Management Group is going to launch several coworking in the center of Moscow at once, which will become the largest in the federal GrowUp network.

The first coworking will be located in the historic building of the late 19th century, located a short walk from the Taganskaya metro station. The coworking space with an area of about 1.5 thousand square meters will be designed for 420 jobs, which will allow the project to become one of the largest in Moscow. In addition, the integral attributes of coworking will be: conference room, meeting rooms, equipped kitchen, coffee points, relaxation room, open space and team office.

The second project will be implemented in a unique building, which is an architectural monument, opposite the Mayakovskaya metro station. The area of the coworking space will be a little more than 1 thousand sq.m. According to the concept developed by Becar Asset Management Group, in addition to the main coworking function, an event space for events of up to 250 people will be organized on the site.

Both sites will be able to accept any residents, but each of them will have its own additional specialization.

Konstantin Korolev, director of the coworking management department of Becar Asset Management Group: "For the first time in the history of the development of the format in Russia, coworking GrowUp in Moscow will have its own specialization. So, in the project on Taganskaya, a bias will be made on the architectural direction. And at Mayakovskaya, there are plans to create media coworking, in which it will be possible to hold events of any format and scale. The main competitive advantage of GrowUp is the growing partner network, which includes various educational projects, investment and venture funds, accelerators, incubators, etc. In addition, all residents of our coworking communities are able to use other network sites, including regional ones, within the framework of concluded subscription agreements, as well as communicate with each other, being in different cities, through a single digital space. "

The company plans to launch another 5-6 coworking in different regions of the country next year and, thus, become one of the largest federal networks in Russia.

Agile-coworking GrowUp in Kazan

The second project in the federal network Becar Asset Management was agile-coworking GrowUp with an area of 1067 square meters. m (238 jobs), located in the very center of Kazan on Aivazovsky Street, on the site of Sberbank. In the coworking space, all conditions have been created for the effective operation of accelerators, incubators and technology parks. With the development of the network, partners will have the opportunity to choose projects from thousands of applications, and residents - a chance to get into acceleration or incubation programs and attract investment.

Coworking Platform GrowUp Growth Platform in St. Petersburg

Becar Asset Management Group opened a project in March in Bekar BC on Bolshoi Sampsonievsky Prospekt in St. Petersburg GrowUp Growth Platform - a coworking platform for business and startups, development teams, freelancers and other specialists, while announcing the launch of a new service in the company "Design and management of coworking."

The coworking segment in recent years has become a full-fledged player in the real estate market. Factors such as the active development of modern technologies, digitisation, the formation of agile culture, the development of projects in the field of innovation, in just a few years, have elevated coworking to the rank of one of the most sought-after formats in current realities. So, according to research by Deskmag, the number of coworking around the world in 2016 amounted to about 11.3 thousand, and in 2017, due to constantly increasing demand, their growth is expected by 22% - up to 13.8 thousand objects.

The main task of the company as part of the development of a new direction is to create an ecosystem within coworking, which has residents to work effectively and aims at the result. This strategy has already been able to find application in coworking in the St. Petersburg BC "Bekar" on Bolshoi Sampsonievsky Ave., 61.

So, the coworking GrowUp with an area of 2500 sq.m., managed by NAI Becar, is designed for 500 workplaces. The project infrastructure includes a well-equipped conference room for 70 people, 6 meeting rooms, team offices, a kitchen area, as well as a dining room.

About 20 events (meetings with potential investors, funds, incubators, accelerators, as well as open dialogues with mentors and successful businessmen) aimed at improving the business of our residents will take place every month on the territory of the coworking.

According to Konstantin Korolev, NAI Becar project manager, the future is not only for independent projects, but also for coworking, which is part of the infrastructure of large business centers. "Well-thought-out coworking can always be used by other BC tenants, which will allow them to rent smaller areas while reducing operating costs without losing efficiency. Such objects automatically become more attractive to tenants. We know how to build coworking into BC infrastructure. That is why without exaggeration we can say that coworking under the control of NAI Becar is one of the tools to increase the profitability of the business center! "
