The National Digital Aggregator (NDA) — the intermediary, largest in Russia, between musical labels and strimingovy services.

NTsA is engaged in placement of music on strimingovy platforms. According to the website of the company, it cooperates with Apple Music, iTunes Store Google Play, " Yandex.music " Spotify YouTube, Amazon and the largest Russian mobile operators, and from musical labels — with "First Musical Publishing House" (FMPH), Velvet Music, Union of Music Studio of the Union, musical publishing house "Monolit", Gazgolder Records, production center of Igor Matviyenko, etc.

History

2020: Top managers of the Russian author's society received 40% in NTsA

At the beginning of July, 2020 became that top managers of the Russian Author's Society (RAS) Alexander Sukhotin (CEO) and Alexey Karelov (chief executive) received 40% in the largest aggregator of the rights to music.

According to Kommersant, Sukhotin and Karelov purchased 20% in NTsA from the British company Prime Time AV Lab Ltd which at the same time saved 30% in the largest aggregator of the rights to music. Another 30% own "Veonplus Investment Ink registered in the Seychelles.".

Interlocutors of the edition found it difficult to estimate business of NTsA, but specified that share cost in 40% can be considerable as it is one of the largest companies in a segment.

The CEO and the organizer of a conference of the musical industry of Colisium Sergey Babich sees logical continuation of development of societies in collective management of the rights which "increase digital examination in the transaction and now get the interest in digital distribution directly".
