Company 1cloud (IT-Grad 1 Klaud LLC) represents services of lease of virtual infrastructure since 2012.

On start the company provided only one service — lease virtual servers. Then there were private and public networks different DPC’y, different services (DNS-hosting, monitoring, SSL- certificates, object storage , etc.).

Service 1cloud allows to unroll IT infrastructure of any complexity, without addressing in support 1cloud. Everything is automated, all in one personal account.

For October, 2018 the customer base 1cloud exceeds 60 thousand registered users.

Target audience — all companies which have IT infrastructure: from the simple website to the complex information systems requiring huge computing resources for storage and data processing.

The company selects three types of clients:

• 1C franchisee and companies integrators
  • Features of service allow clients to reduce time and realization value of projects of the customers, to pereispolzovat former practices, to resolve the majority of the arising issues far off. Service provides change of configurations of servers at any time (easy scaling), own templates, snapshots, copying of servers without stopping and many other things.

• Web studios
  • The companies expand a stack of the services provided to the clients, provide them a hosting based on service 1cloud. They or create to clients virtual servers under the account, or register them according to the affiliate link and receive 10% of their payments.

• Developers
  • Full automation of service allows to deploy quickly test and fighting stands and to quickly arrange them under the current loading, without overpayment for excess capacities. Also service locates API that allows to integrate a new solution in already used in the company.

History

2019: MTS purchased "IT-Grad 1 klaud" for 2.49 billion rubles

On January 9, 2019 MTS announced purchase "IT-Grad 1 klaud" for 2.49 billion rubles taking into account a net debt of cloud provider. The transaction is issued through child structure of MTS — Vostok Mobile B.V company.

The transaction will expand competences of MTS of cloud business, and presence at us of own DPCs and data transmission channels will provide cost optimization due to consolidation of the equipment on platforms. The reached synergy will increase business performance of our#CloudMTS provider and will allow to offer clients new unique services — the vice president of MTS for digital business solutions Valeria Shorzhina whose words are cited in the press release said.

MTS purchased cloud business of IT Hail for 2.5 billion rubles

As the CEO of Itglobal.com (this group included before cloud business of IT hail) Dmitry Gachko specified to Vedomosti, MTS purchased cloud business of IT hail in Moscow, St. Petersburg and Kazakhstan. The transaction covers data centers  of IT hail in these territories, employees and current contracts, he told.

itglobal.com has integratorsky business and other divisions of IT hail which will work under the Itglobal.com brand, being guided by foreign markets, Gachko specified. According to him, about a half of business of itglobal.com fell on "clouds".

As a result of the transaction MTS acquired the rights to brands 1cloud (under it IT-Grad rendered cloud services to small and medium business) and to IT-Grad (it was used for sale of cloud solutions to large customers). MTS provides cloud services under the name of CloudMTS based on ten data centers.

MTS expects to expand at the expense of the transaction presence in the Russian market of cloud services. The volume of the stored and processed data in "clouds" of MTS increased seven times for 2018, reported in the company.^[1]

2018: Development plans

For October, 2018 service 1cloud is going to give to clients an opportunity to work with service to the whole commands, with different roles and access rights. Clients will be able to rent physical servers, container virtualization. Also in plans — expansion of geography, entry into the world market, DPCs in Germany, the USA, Hong Kong.
