Due to less than 5% of Atol customers and partners received spam messages, and a number of company sites may not be available for a short period of time. 2018: Revenue growth - over 270%

Atol's revenue in 2017 grew by about 272%, from 3.43 billion rubles to 12.76 billion rubles, the company told TAdviser. The company's staff grew from 267 people to 436 employees for the year.

The explosive revenue growth was facilitated by the 54-FZ, which obliges Russian sellers of goods and services to switch from regular cash desks to online cash desks that transmit data on purchases made directly to the Federal Tax Service.

Yulia Rusinova, director of business development for fiscal solutions "Atol," told TAdviser that the maximum sales growth was shown by new cash registers (CCT) and software that ensure business compliance with 54-FZ: this is the Atol Online service, autonomous cash registers and fiscal registrars. In total, in 2017, the Federal Tax Service included 14 models of Atol online cash registers in the CCT register.

File:Aquote1.png
This year was largely a turning point for Russian trade and the associated market for cash registers. One of the main drivers of the market was the new edition of the 54-FZ, which obliged medium and large businesses to switch to a new fiscal accounting system in 2017. This, in turn, determined the high demand for online cash registers and software that meets the requirements of the 54-FZ, - said TAdviser Yulia Rusinova.

Having assessed the scale of work to be done in 2017, the company began to act "ahead of the curve," says Rusinova. Back in the summer of 2016, Atol launched pilots for testing and piloting online cash registers in some retail chains: Maria Ra, Perekrestok, Pyaterochka, Karusel, etc. A company representative says that Atol was the first to enter a new type of equipment into the CCT register and in a short time created a wide range of online cash desks for businesses of different profiles and scale of activity.

File:Aquote1.png
In addition, we were the first in Russia to provide e-commerce enterprises with a service for renting cash desks - Atol Online. Thanks to these measures, our company was able to offer a large selection of solutions for offline and online retail in advance, ensuring their compliance with the 54-FZ on time and becoming a market leader, - said Yulia Rusinova.

Against the background of the growth in demand for online CCT in 2017 compared to 2016, the demand for solutions supporting EGAIS became lower. The peak of the reform has passed, most enterprises have already connected a new alcohol accounting system, explains the representative of Atol.

File:Aquote1.png
In 2018, new challenges await us - preparation for the mandatory labeling in 2019 of a number of product groups, the transfer of some enterprises to EGAIS 3.0 and, of course, the second stage of 54-FZ. The last point implies the development of new online cash desks for small and microbusiness and assistance in the transition to a new order of work, says Rusinova. - I note that from January to April 2018, we have already offered the market three new solutions for this audience.
