In September, 2015 the Central Bank revoked a license for banking operations from Admiralteysky bank. The bank, said in the message published by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, pursued high risk credit policy and did not create reserves on possible losses in proportion to the accepted risks.

Besides, Admiralty did not observe the requirement of regulations of the Bank of Russia in the field of counteraction of legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way and to financing of terrorism regarding the direction in authorized body of reliable information on the transactions which are subject to mandatory control.

At the same time, the Central Bank of the Russian Federation reported, the credit institution was involved in carrying out doubtful transit transactions in large volumes.

• On the value of assets Admiralty for September 1, 2015 took the 274th place in a banking system of the Russian Federation. The bank was a participant of deposit insurance system.
• On September 10 law enforcement agencies carried out searches in the headquarters of Admiralty in Moscow. On the same day Admiralty was disconnected from the system of bank electronic payments (BESP).
