Alium group — consolidation of the Russian pharmaceutical production companies — JSC FP Obolenskoye, JSC Binnopharm and PFK Alium LLC.

JSC Pharmaceutical Enterprise Obolenskoye and JSC Binnopharm are included into group of AFK "Sistema" and are engaged in development, production and promotion of modern, quality medicines according to the GMP standards.

History

2020: Creation of Alium group

On July 20, 2020 PJSC AFK Sistema announced creation of Alium group company to which management share blocks of Corporation in the pharmaceutical companies of JSC Sintez are transferred (Biokom Ltd owns) and JSC Alium (AO FP of Obolenskoye and JSC Binnopharm merges under the Alium brand assets).

AFK "Sistema" merged the pharmaceutical assets in Alium Group

Our investment portfolio includes two large pharmaceutical companies which are engaged in production and implementation of medicines – Synthesis and Alium. The purpose of formation of Alium group is creation of uniform command center the share blocks belonging to AFK "Sistema" in these portfolio companies which activity is in many respects complementary. Within our strategy we consistently go the way gains of quality of corporate management. The professional advice of directors of management company is created. Experts with long-term profile experience in a health care system of Russia entered it, - the President of AFK "Sistema" Vladimir Chirakhov noted.

The competence of Board of Directors of Alium group includes decision making on key strategic issues of development of the pharmaceutical companies, including start of the different directions of business, development of portfolios of medicines, investments into expansion of production capacities, entry into not covered markets and other issues of development.

• Gintsburg Alexander Leonidovich, the Director of scientific research institute of epidemiology and microbiology of N.F. Gamalei, the Academician of RAS (the expert in molecular biology and development of biotechnology medicines, including vaccine against COVID-19);
• Habriyev of Ramiele Usmanovich, the Research supervisor of National scientific research institute of a public health of N.A. Semashko, the Academician of RAS (the expert in the field of a public health and the organization of health care);
• Seredenin Sergey Borisovich, the Research supervisor of scientific research institute of pharmacology of V.V. Zakusov, the Academician of RAS (the expert in the field of pharmacology and the pharmakogenetiki);
• Naygovzina Nellie Borisovna, the Deputy manager of Analytical center at the Government of PA, Professor Managing department of a public health and health care of the Moscow state medico-dental university of A.I. Evdokimov (the expert in allergology and immunology);
• Nazarov Alexander Yuryevich, Deputy CEO of State Corporation Rostec;
• Sitdekov Tagir Aliyevich, the First Deputy CEO of the Russian Direct Investment Fund;
• Vinokurov Alexander Semyonovich, President of Marathon Group;

Sergey Klykov who was earlier directing JSC Sintez company is appointed the CEO of Alium group.
