2020: Among the first five of the Russian contract producers of electronics

On April 14, 2020 TAdviser it became known that Russian market of contract manufacturing of an electronic equipment grew in 2019 by 26% and made about 20 billion rubles (about 300 million dollars USA).

2011

Release more than 4 million products a year

With total production volume more than 4 million products a year at the general nomenclature more than 500 types of products of Altonika PC as of May, 2011 are the largest contract producer in the CIS. The main directions are security systems, telecommunications, housing and public utilities, industrial automation, automobile electronics, medical equipment.

PK Altonika LLC is the production company of the European level offering a full stroke of production of electronics, beginning from complex setting on serial production, purchase of component parts and finishing with warranty and post-warranty service of finished products.

The first Russian producer of the main electronic nodes for Cisco products

The Altonika production company will become the first independent Russian producer of the main electronic nodes for the equipment of the foreign company with a world name — Cisco Systems. It is about production of the main electronic nodes for the innovation hardware VPN- the module Cisco. It should be noted it is unique high extent of localization of this production: in the territory Russia it will be performed both installation of printed circuit boards, and finishing assembly and testing.

Attention to the organization of production process, use of modern technologies and essential production capacities allowed PK Altonika LLC to become the first Russian producer of the main electronic node of the VPN modules Cisco. This product increases safety of data transmission on corporate networks — both in the organizations, and between branches, employees on remote work. The VPN module Cisco provides confidentiality of transfer of personal data, financial transactions and other transactions. The Cisco routers equipped with such module can be used for creation of geographically distributed networks.

For serial release of the equipment of Cisco PK Altonika LLC invested essential means both in the new equipment, and in the system of production organization: the new round of development of a quality management system is started, planning processes, inventory managements, etc. are upgraded. It is possible to claim safely that any of aspects of production organization was not left without changes for the sake of compliance to world-class strict requirements which are imposed by the new customer.
