AmoCRM is the developer company of the online CRM system of the same name selected from QSOFT web integrator in the separate legal entity in November, 2015. As of November, 2016 at AmoCRM two offices – in Moscow and San Francisco (California, the USA).

In 2018 revenue of JSC AMOCRM made 610 million rubles, and net profit — 288.6 million rubles.

2016: Sale of a controlling stake to 1C Company

1C redeemed 51% of shares of amoCRM company, the head of amoCRM Mikhail Tokovinin in October, 2016 reported.[1] Transaction amount[1] and its conditions do not reveal. All management of amoCRM it will be necessary to work in the company, Tokovinin reported.

According to Contour-Focus base for October, 2016 Mikhail Tokovinin controlled 35% of JSC AmoCRM, 25% belonged to Egor Kovalchuk, on 20% Sergey Golovanevsky and Denis Mitrofanov owned.
