the Arbitration court declared Angstrem T bankrupt
On October 28, 2019 the Arbitration court of Moscow declared bankrupt Angstrem T. The decision was made according to the statement of ВЭБ.РФ state corporation which granted to the Zelenograd plant of microelectronics the loan.
According to RIA Novosti, court entered the procedure of bankruptcy proceedings into Angstrem T companies. Pyotr Naumenko is approved as the receiver, the court appointed his report on the bankruptcy course to April 21, 2020.
The first insolvency proceeding — observation — was entered by court according to the statement of VEB. The court included in the register of requirements of creditors a debt to VEB at first in 14.3 billion rubles, then — in 83.2 billion rubles. The total sum includes, in addition to originally loan, also percent on the credit and a penalty in connection with event of default on debt repayment in the stipulated terms.
According to the representative of the interim manager Yury Hlobystov, creditors at the first meeting which took place on September 30, 2019 voted for transition to bankruptcy proceedings. The corresponding petition which was supported by all participants of a meeting was submitted.
VEB became the owner of 100% of the capital of the Angstrem T enterprise for consolidation of an asset at the main creditor for the purpose of his further development. It is noted that the state corporation of the first took legal action with the bankruptcy petition Angstrem T as other creditors of the plant also declared existence of arrears.
VEB considered appeal to the court as a technical measure which will allow is organized to hold negotiations with creditors and to define an order of repayment of arrears. The state corporation as report in it, is interested in further development of the enterprise, develops its new investment program and conducts search of the strategic partner.
The ex-Minister of Communications Reyman seized 423 million from Angstrem T
The ex-Minister of Communications Leonid Reiman managed to achieve inclusion of in the register of creditors of the bankrupt microelectronic plant "Angstrem T" with a bag of requirements in 423 million rubles. First the court refused to the ex-minister it to the requirement as Reiman was an owner Angstrem T. But the appellate instance took other position as "ВЭБ.РФ" had a serious impact on activity of the enterprise.
20.9 billion rubles decided to select Angstrem T
The supervisory board of ВЭБ.РФ decided to select 20.9 billion rubles to the Angstrem T enterprise which passed under control of state corporation at the end of 2018. On May 27, 2019 the RIA Novosti news agency with reference to the chairman of ВЭБ.РФ Igor Shuvalov reported about it.
|Today we considered the following phase of development and the general limit of financing — nearly 21 billion rubles. Reports of Yury Borisov, the Deputy Prime Minister who is responsible for development of microelectronics were heard. The Minister of Finance confirmed that necessary means in the budget are reserved — RIA Novosti quotes Shuvalov.|
According to him, the supervisory board of ВЭБ.РФ also recognized Angstrem T the project having "nation-wide value". It means that money is allocated not according to the normal ВЭБ.РФ procedure: the risk on return undertakes the Government of the Russian Federation. The state corporation acts in this case as the agent, but all financing will provide the government, Shuvalov explained.
Opening a meeting of the supervisory board of ВЭБ.РФ on May 27, the head of the government Dmitry Medvedev mentioned that large projects, such as Angstrem T, are necessary for development of all infrastructure of digital economy and within the actions for VEB line.
Beginning of serial deliveries of products to China. Preparation for sending the first thousand plates
On February 7, 2019 JSC Angstrem T, domestic enterprise on production of semiconductor products, announced obtaining the positive conclusion on pilot batches of products which were shipped to consumers and successfully passed all tests.
At the Angstrem T plant pilot batches of chips which then were sent to the customer to China — Zhejiang Sirius Semiconductor company were released. Batches of the plates shipped to China contained three types of chips. Parts were supplied on long tests which came to the end successfully.
For February, 2019 at the enterprise the first batch, about 1000 plates which should be sent to the customer in March, 2019 and also the preorder for 2500 plates prepares for start. Further the volume of the shipped plates should increase monthly.
The contracts signed with China provide deliveries of semiconductor products within the next two years with a possibility of prolongation of this cooperation. The volume of shipments should be up to 10 thousand plates a month. The crystals of chips which are released on JSC Angstrem T will be used by production of smartphones, tablets and other consumer electronics. The approximate amount of contracts is more than 2 billion rubles.
Mastering of the production technology of Trench MOSFET
On January 25, 2019 the Angstrem T company announced mastering of the modern production technology of power Trench MOSFET transistors. For January, 2019 the Angstrem T is the only producer in Russia which can release transistors of this kind, declared in the company.
Power Trench MOSFET transistors are in large quantities applied in any electronic equipment where it is necessary to transform and manage the electric power: for example, in each device for which operation the accumulator or the power supply is used.
Unlike planar, Trench MOSFET-технология allows to reach qualitatively higher and optimal parameters of transistors. It gives the chance to design the modern electronic equipment with high rates of energy efficiency and also to reduce its weight and dimensions.
Shipment of the second batch of plates to China
The Angstrem T company, domestic enterprise on production of semiconductor products, announced on December 6, 2018 shipment to China of the second batch of plates. Shipment happened within the contract signed with the Chinese company distributor of hi-tech products Zhejiang Sirius Semiconductor in May, 2018. The company acts as the technology partner of JSC Angstrem T.
The batch of the plates shipped to China contains three names of chips. These chips should pass long test in laboratories of the customer then serial production of products should begin.
Chips from the first batch are at the final stage of tests for working capacity during the long time frame.
In general the signed contract provides deliveries of semiconductor products within the next two years with a possibility of prolongation of this cooperation. The volume of shipments should be up to 10 tysya. plates in a month. The crystals of chips which are released on Angstrem T will be used by production of smartphones, tablets and other consumer electronics. Approximate contract amount is more than 2 billion rubles.
VEB will take away Angstrem T for debts
On October 17, 2018 it became known of large unsettled debts Angstrem T because of which Vnesheconombank (VEB) until the end of the year will take away to itself the producer of chips. Reuters with reference to the chairman of the board of directors of JSC Angstrem T and the former Minister of Communications Leonid Reiman reports about it.
According to him, the company saved up heavy debts because of the sanctions imposed in 2016 by the USA and also import restrictions of dual-use technologies. Before Angstrem T bought the most part of the equipment from AMD and cooperated with IBM, licensing at it production of chips. Angstrem T strongly depends on the American products, and the sanctions existing by October, 2018 prohibit the producer to do business with the companies from the USA, notes news agency.
|Though initially we received at U.S. State Department consent to this project [the plant on production of chips in Zelenograd — a comment of TAdviser] and delivery of technologies here, sanctions led to the fact that terms of its implementation dragged on. Production works, products are made, but the question with purchases remains — Reyman reported.|
VEB opened Angstrem T a credit line for 815 million euros in 2008. Money went for building, commissioning, purchase of the equipment and licenses. Under the terms of the agreement, Angstrem T had to begin payments for the credit in the middle of the 2017th. However money was not, and now the enterprise will be taken by the State Bank.
Information that until the end of 2018 VEB converts into the capital a debt Angstrem T, also contains in the draft of the road map prepared by Minpromtorg on development of the civil microelectronic industry until 2025. The copy of the document is Reuters.

He did not call the amount of debt Angstrem T. In 2017 debts were measured by 87.4 billion rubles, and revenue — only 101 million rubles, Reuters reports, referring to the database SPARK-Interfax.
By October, 2018 at the Angstrem T plant production of microelectronic components on topology of 130 and 90 nanometers is developed. The size of the market of such chips in recent years was strongly reduced, notes the agency with reference to one of the sources in the field of microelectronics. According to the interlocutor, sanctions and repeated delays with production led to the fact that the products made at the Zelenograd plant became outdated.
On development of the civil microelectronic industry follows from the draft of the road map that after transition Angstrem T the semiconductor company will be able to carry over VEB on more modern 28-nanometer technology process. Such chips are used in devices of large IT corporations, like Apple, Samsung and Sony.
In the middle of 2016 Leonid Reiman told Vedomosti about giving in Vnesheconombank the request for receiving a soft loan for production upgrade Angstrem T. Then it was talked of the amount of 300-350 million euros necessary for upgrade of production to 65-nanometer technology. Most likely, the plant did not manage to raise these funds.
Shipment of the first batch of plates to China
The Angstrem T company announced on August 16, 2018 shipment of the first batch of plates to China. Shipment happened within the contract for the amount more than 2 billion rubles signed with the Chinese company Zhejiang Sirius Semiconductor Co., Ltd. May 24, 2018.
The first batch of plates contains six names of chips. Within several days specialists of the customer should hold testing of finished goods for compliance to technical parameters. Based on these tests an industrial series of plates will be put in production.
The contract provides deliveries of semiconductor products within the next two years with a possibility of prolongation of this cooperation. The volume of shipments should be up to 10 thousand plates a month, specified in Angstrem T.
The first export contract
On May 24, 2018 within the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum JSC Angstrem T signed agreements on delivery of microelectronic products to People's Republic of China. Contracts are expected two years. During this time for export more than 2 billion rubles will be directed to products to the amount. The first shipments are planned for 2018.
Agreement signature between JSC Angstrem T and the Chinese company Zhejiang Sirius Semiconductor Co., Ltd. passed with support and at the stand of JSC Russian Export Center. Agreements on delivery were signed Anikin Andrey. and Prices Cheyn-Chong (TSENG CHIEN-CHUNG), CEOs of JSC Angstrem T and Zhejiang Sirius Semiconductor. The chairman of the Russian-Chinese business council Gennady Timchenko and the chairman of the board of directors of JSC Angstrem T Leonid Reiman also participated in a ceremony.
Andrey Anikin, CEO of JSC Angstrem T: "It is the first large contract for delivery of our products to China. It was important to command Angstrem T to enter the key market where the main are concentrated the consumer of microelectronics and the producer of final components and devices. The documents signed today confirm that products of the plant are competitive not only on quality, but also the price".
Cooperation with Octava for import substitution of the acoustic equipment
Angstrem T and Octava companies in November, 2017 signed the agreement on strategic partnership for the purpose of release of import-substituting acoustic products of the next generation. Cooperation assumes production of hi-tech devices from domestic digital component parts — chips, analogs which are not present in Russia. The document was signed by the CEOs Octava and Angstrem T Alexander Veselov and Konstantin Nosov.
It is supposed that joint work of the enterprises will allow to bring the whole range of the new and optimized products which will compete with foreign analogs to the market. Among them: the modern domestic systems of conference communication, intercom complexes for objects of different type and also a line of digital hearing aids and other products developed for the purpose of execution of the state program "Available environment".
Besides, the component parts made Angstrem T will allow to optimize products which are already turned out by Octava. In particular, extent of noise reduction of popular models of headsets, quality of operation of the GSSh-A-18B headset using Bluetooth protocol will raise reliability and sensitivity of electret microphones will increase, partners expect.
|We see big perspectives of this cooperation, it is based on our experience as producer of microelectronics, and experience of Octava as producer of audio equipment. Products which will be created will have modern characteristics that will allow to use its export potential more widely — Konstantin Nosov, the CEO Angstrem T is convinced.|
|The microphone and telephone equipment of Octava is demanded by the market, but the satisfaction of the existing demand is interfered by a slow cycle of production. Acceleration of technology process is promoted by use of modern component parts which replace several parts in the previous schemes. As noted, the most difficult in development of the system of noise reduction is creation of the sound processor for what it is necessary to use modern methods of digital design. For this purpose on Angstrem T the extensive library of IP blocks is already created. And not only developers of the enterprise, but also specialists of the independent design centers which are going to release chips on Angstrem T can use it.
Cooperation with Association of the Russian higher education institutions
On November 21 JSC Angstrem T signed the agreement on strategic cooperation with Association of the Russian higher education institutions of EKB. Within the agreement Angstrem T for the first time in Russia will give the chance to students of technical colleges to release the real chips developed as course and theses. It will allow to increase considerably the level of developments of students and also will prepare them for professional activity at the enterprises and in the design centers.
Within service  Angstrem T suggests to select on each silicon plate space for placement there of works of students who are trained at the rate of "Design and technology of electronic means".
Implementation of the project on production of the chips developed by students will take place with the assistance of Association of the Russian universities on electronic component base which was formed based on NIU MIET. For participation in the project all higher education institutions training developers of microelectronics are invited.
As a result of the educational project the student who only was trained to design of chips will be able to get acquainted with production phases of microelectronic products, to do practical training, and then, perhaps and to remain to work at the plant.
Zelenograd special economic zone
Angstrem T became the resident of the SEZ that will allow to implement a number of the projects directed to creation of industrial independence of Russia of the western producers of microelectronic components. Start of production of microchips using the memory (Super Flash) which is built in a super-flash on technology of 90 nanometers should become a pilot project within the SEZ.
"At our factory we are going to develop the direction of Internet of Things very relevant today. The microchips made on the Super Flash technologies which are built in different sensors will be able to collect and transfer data, for example, on work of systems to housing and public utilities. It will allow to make data collection and systems management completely automatic. Until the end of 2018 we will market 2 thousand plates a month, on each of which several thousands of chips are located. It is about 120 million microchips a year" – the CEO Angstrem T Anatoly Sukhoparov noted during solemn delivery of the certificate of the resident of the SEZ in the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.
Besides,  to a scope of microcontrollers from built in  memory cover key industries of the industry, the automobile market, the consumer sphere, the market of telecommunication equipment. Start in Russia by forces of the Angstrem T plant of production of microelectronics using built in a super-flash of memory (Super Flash) will give the chance to domestic creators of the electronic equipment to release products with the guaranteed security level.
Angstrem T already has experience of product development with technology a super-flash. It is the chip for bank and ID cards of A400 which was designed by specialists Angstrem T. Thanks to implementation of technology a super-flash, production of similar devices it will be completely localized.
Orders for contract manufacturing
On May 30, 2017 announced Angstrem T the beginning of booking for contract manufacturing. Nondisclosure agreements (NDA) are already signed with a number of the Russian and foreign companies, issue of rules of design taking into account opportunities of factory (PDK) is conducted.
The Angstrem T factory offers a range of services for contract manufacturing on technology 90 – 130 nanometers. on plates with a diameter of 200 mm. The business model of the Smart-foundry enterprise allows to attract the customers working in different sectors of the market. The factory is ready to provide to the customer a full range of services in all design stages of a product using the high-performance equipment, the software and experience of skilled staff.
The list of IP services of factory includes technology design-time environment, the user libraries and compilers of memory, a broad spectrum of digital and analog elements and blocks, programmable platforms.
Production capabilities Angstrem T include processing of the made plates providing reduction of a cycle of product receipt. Among features of production it is possible to note the following:
- Prototyping (MPW) – production on one plate of products from several customers, several own products, etc.;
- production of an engineering batch;
- preparation of topological information;
- possibility of separation of an engineering batch on route production;
- possibility of the accelerated production of plates in one of three modes (a standard lot, a fast batch, a superfast batch);
- possibility of the order of small and medium series at all stages of product lifecycle.
Within trial operation of factory the first product samples are already received. Until the end of 2017 Angstrem T is going to come to the volume of 2000 plates in a month and to increase it further.
Input of factory in operation
At the beginning of August, 2016 the Angstrem T company announced introduction to commercial operation of factory on production of microelectronics in Zelenograd.
Project cost which purpose is import substitution of semiconductor devices in Russia is estimated at 897 million euros. The most part of these means (815 million euros) in type of loan was provided by Vnesheconombank.
On August 3, 2016 became the opening day of the Angstrem T enterprise — this day the plant was visited by the prime minister of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev.
Production capabilities of factory make 180 thousand plates a year. Products made on topological regulations of 90-130 nanometers on plates with a diameter of 200 mm will be made there. The area of production premises of an object is 7500 square meters, on it 360 items of equipment are placed.
The Angstrem T company already held negotiations with large producers of electronics (including with D-Link and Realtek companies) who are interested in order placement on production of electronic components at capacities of new factory.
|We solved a number of the difficult problems connected with construction and start of factory, installation of the high-tech equipment. Now we should build an order portfolio and to start product sales. Our chips are very demanded not only on internal, but also in foreign market — the chairman of the board of directors of JSC Angstrem T Leonid Reiman reported.|
At the expense of the Zelenograd enterprise for release of microelectronics it is going to increase competitiveness of these products of the Russian production and to create new world players. By the beginning of August, 2016 the share of the Russian microelectronic products in domestic market does not exceed 20%, is about the same exported.
Standard for ID cards
On July 25, 2016 the press service Angstrem T announced standardization, joint with the All-Russian Research Institute, and certification in mechanical engineering (VNIINMASh) to project development of national ISO/IEC GOST P standard 11694-6 "ID cards. Cards with an optical memory. Method of linear data writing. Part 6. Use of biometric data on cards with an optical memory".
The standard will define uniform rules of storage, protection and data reading for producers of crystals of smart cards. Public discussion of the draft standard which results will be summed up in September, 2016 is conducted.
At Angstrem T factory the station of preparation of the deionized water is started
Angstrem T completed commissioning and brought into trial operation the station of preparation of the deionized water (SDV) for ensuring production processes.
Water is one of the major components in production of microelectronic products. On production of one microchip weighing 2 grams about 32 liters of water are required. It is used for preparation of chemical solutions, etching of products and other transactions in technology process and also for washing of crystals on a plate.
To water quality, applied in the microelectronic industry, extremely high requirements are imposed. Modern standards provide four types of water, depending on the size of semiconductor microelements in which production it is used. On SDV "Angstrem T" the E-1 (SChV) superpure water – ultrapure water with a reserve is produced upon transition from the main technology 90 – 130 nanometers. on more modern with topological sizes of 65 nanometers. below.
Using SDV from a subsoil water practically all inorganic, organic impurity and ions are removed. Extent of removal of impurity makes of artesian water from 99.9996 (fluorine) to 99, 999996% (sulfates). In the course of cleaning the advanced membrane and ion-exchange technologies are applied. For giving of SChV to the equipment manufacturing microchips, water passes through several blocks: pre-treatments, desalting, deep after-treatment (deionization), decontamination, ultra-violet processing, ionic exchange and ultrafiltration.
Angstrem T in creation of SDV the company with the world name Hager+Elsasser (H+E) became the partner. From the moment of foundation in 1932, H+E developed solutions in the field of physical and chemical preparation and water purification for more than 4 thousand enterprises in the different countries and industries.
Design of SDV began in April, 2013. The total cost of works was 11.5 million euros.
The batch of the equipment for industrial automation is set
The Angstrem T company completed balancing and commissioning and put into operation a batch of the equipment for industrial automation of semiconductor products with topological regulations of 90 nanometers.
More than ten hi-tech robotic machines, including, 13 storages of finished goods and photo masks used in production and also 3 sorters of semiconductors of products were a part of a batch. Totally installed equipment provides storage about 1.5 thousand containers of products and 800 containers of photo masks.
"This equipment significantly simplifies logistic processes on production, allows to organize traffic control of lots of products better. Besides, we create hi-tech jobs and at the same time we reduce the number of the personnel occupied in labor-consuming transport transactions" - the chief executive of JSC Angstrem T Sarkisov Sergey told.
The total cost of the installed equipment was about 17 million rubles.
Start of power plant
On December 23, 2015 announced Angstrem T start in Zelenograd to autonomous bifuel power plant for factory of microelectronics Angstrem T.
According to the statement of the press service of the company, power of the station can be enough for providing an average of the Russian city.
Key factor of microelectronic production – stable tension in the sensitive plant equipment. It dictates need of construction of separate power plant with the special system of providing supernet electricity.
The power plant will use the trigeneratsionny system providing the plant not only with electricity, but also heat and cooling. The maximum installation power of the power plant is 42 MW, development of thermal energy – to 30 MW, cold – up to 27 MVT.
The bifuel power plant Angstrem T on the equipment of the Finnish producer Wärtsilä can use gas and diesel fuel. If necessary switching between energy carriers is automatic, without stopping and decrease in loading. Environmental standards of power plant meet modern standards.
|The autonomous power plant is a major element of the created scientific-industrial complex. It is necessary not only for ensuring technology processes at the plant, but also for stable work of other infrastructure facilities – stations of the deionized water, the compressor equipment, maintenance of a necessary microclimate.|
One more feature of power plant in its compact arrangement. Building area was 1 thousand m ² ~ twice less than normal.
|Gas and multifuel power stations of Wärtsilä company provide industrial consumers with the electric power, heat and cold worldwide and at the highest requirements to reliability of power supply. 2014: The German contractor leaves the project
In September, 2014 it became known - the German contractor could not start works and left the project because of problems with quality of construction (or itself became the reason of these problems that entailed failure to meet time constraints of accomplishment of all-construction works — Kommersant wrote, referring to the sources close to the enterprise.
Test start of the plant was appointed to the third quarter 2014 (information of Zelenograd.ru). In the spring of 2014 at the plant actively there was a construction of autonomous gas-piston power plant. The works on a building facade, asphalting of the territory are almost completed.
According to Kommersant, the question of delivery from abroad of installation of a photolithography Twinscan XT1250 of production of the Dutch company ASML became one more stick in wheels to the plant. Since March 1, 2014 the U.S. Government suspended issue of export licenses and re-export to Russia of the equipment which "promote accumulation of military potential". Sanctions mentioned the hi-tech equipment for Angstrem T.
The main part of a production line of the plant — the equipment for production of chips of the topological level of 130 nanometers purchased in 2007 from AMD company. While there was a construction of the plant the equipment was stored in warehouses in the Netherlands. A part of the equipment came to Russia.
In a case Angstrem T the purchased installations cannot be used for the benefit of law enforcement agencies of the country is one of conditions of their acquisition, and it is subject to strict control from AMD.
Angstrem T: the plant will be started in 2015
At the enterprise declared - the start of production will take place in 2015, there are no problems with the equipment, and problems with construction are solved:
"In construction of any object of similar scale there will be these or those problems, we did not become an exception — recognized in Angstrem T, commenting on a situation for Zelenograd.ru. — We really had problem places in relationship with our contractors, but we managed to overcome difficulties, now the main construction works are completed, all stated equipment is supplied. Installation of systems and connection of the equipment of the pilot line is well under way. The delay with start is connected with difficulties of its installation".
As the CEO of Angstrem T Anton Alekseev reported Kommersant, the company took start of an engineering and technology complex under the management and signed direct contracts with subcontractors. He added that Ramos company already completed a construction part of the project, and M+W built clean rooms.
In September Angstrem T addressed to Vnesheconombank (VEB) financing the project since 2008 with a request to prolong till March 31, 2015 the period of use of a credit line for €815 million which ended on September 1 and also to prolong a grace period on service and repayment of a principal debt as Kommersant reported. The board of VEB approved change of financing terms of the project, this solution was approved by the supervisory board of bank.
Aggregate term of action of the credit line of VEB provided Angstrem T — on December 31, 2027, its providing — pledge of the real estate, the rights of long-term lease of the land plot and the purchased equipment and also the guarantee of JSC Angstrem, head company of holding. A current debt before VEB — more than €650 million. In return Angstrem T will invest €82 million in the project, in the amount the general investments into the project make €897 million.

Chips of 130-110 nanometers were going to be applied in a class of the products "a system on a crystal": in processors, smart cards, in fixed and mobile communication, including for the GLONASS navigation system, for electronic passport and visa documents. Besides, the factory assumes to render services in production to commercial customers — in 2009 Angstrem T offered the design centers the library for design of chips (Process Design Kit, PDK) on technology of 130 nanometers. It was announced also plans to provide a range of scientific and engineering services based on Angstrem T, and later to complete a production line of chips to the topological level of 45-28 nanometers. In general Angstrem T two independent foreign consulting companies — Future Horizons and Gartner were positive for a possibility of effective project implementation in 2012.

But problems, crisis, and VEB began, stopped crediting — the state was afraid that the project will not be successful.
When construction was resumed in 2012, the business plan became already outdated — the market was displaced, volumes of demand decreased, the prices fell. Also "the pursuit of technologies" began: the plant purchased at the IBM license for 90 nanometers, under it rewrote the business plan, having reoriented, probably, on other products, but again did not reach serial release. The forecast of 2012 the forecast was done counting on start of the plant in 2014, but in any way not on 2016-2017 as it can be expected now — means, again it will be difficult to expect relevance of products. 2012: Resuming of construction with the plan of start in 2014
In 2012 building was resumed. According to new plans the plant had to begin to work in 2014.
In 2011-2012 L. Reyman, having left civil service, recognized presence of interest at it in the different enterprises of the Angstrem group. Among other Gruppa Angstrem LLC belonging to Reyman purchased the offshore Runica Investments together with 100% of stocks Angstrem T. The project was reanimated, and the equipment is delivered to Russia.
2009: A construction stop, the credit of VEB it is frozen
In 2009 construction was suspended - the credit line was frozen by Vnesheconombank.
In 2008 the State Bank of VEB (the present name - "ВЭБ.РФ") opened to the enterprise a credit line up to 815 million euros on equipment procurement to the German factory AMD and start of production on technology of 110 nanometers. However the project started slipping and the equipment long time lay in a warehouse in the Netherlands.
Angstrem T initially belonged to JSC Angstrem - head enterprise of the group of the same name – and to the Angstrem M design center. After receiving the credit from VEB the plant passed to the Cyprian offshore Runica Investments.
2007: Start of construction of the plant
Construction of the Angstrem T plant in Zelenograd began in 2007. Contract amount with M+W Germany GmbH company - €150 million. Task: construct and start Angstrem T factory on production of chips of 130-90 nanometers according to the plan, by the end of 2008.
