2019: Accenture bought Apis Group

In early December 2019, Accenture announced the acquisition of Apis Group, but the company did not disclose the value and other terms of the transaction.

Accenture noted that the company will continue to invest in Australia, where there is an "ongoing" customer demand.

Accenture previously acquired several Australian companies, including BCT Solutions, Analytics8 and PrimeO. The deal with Apis Group was the fourth purchase in Australia in the past year, indicates the publication CRN.[1]
