The Astrakhan TRZ - industrial enterprise. Enters into Lokotekh Group. The plant is equipped with the modern equipment on an overhaul of shunting locomotives of TEM-2 series of different modifications with life extension of locomotives to 45 years and also to repair of the diesels D50,V and new formation of wheel TEM2, M62, 2TE10 pairs.

ATRZ occupies one of the leading places among manufacturing enterprises of railway transport in the Russian Federation and is the only specialized enterprise on repair of shunting locomotives in the Southern Federal District.

Among clients Russian Railway, industrial enterprises and private companies carriers of Russia and Kazakhstan. Regions of service – the West Siberian, East Siberian, Far East, Transbaikal, Kaliningrad, Sverdlovsk, October, Krasnoyarsk, Kuibyshev railroads.

2018

In 2018 the plant is going to implement the large-scale project on development of production and to master an overhaul of diesel 1A-9DG of execution 3 and to complete mastering of an overhaul of the traction EDU-133 electric motor. It will allow the Astrakhan TRZ to receive additional revenue, to expand a pool of partners, to independently make repairs of eight-cylinder diesels and to reduce operating costs.

The Astrakhan TRZ (enters into Lokotekh Group) summer of 2018 underwent audit of the international system of management on compliance to requirements of the ISO/TS 22163:2017 standard. Within a week specialists of the international holding DQS (Germany) booked audit of the enterprise regarding compliance to the standard of business management in the railway industry of ISO/TS 22163:2017 which replaced with itself(himself) IRIS. Following the results ATRZ received the appropriate certificate for a period of 3 years. The basis of ISO/TS 22163:2017 was formed by ISO 9001:2015 and the international standard of the railway industry of IRIS. The new standard, in addition to basic requirements to producers of the railway industry, defines also specific: development of suppliers, cost management, lifecycle cost, risk management, non-failure operation, readiness, maintainability, security, control of the first product, analysis of types and effects of failures.

2017

The Astrakhan teplovozoremontny plant (ATRZ, is included into Lokotekh Group) in 2017 released 191 sections of locomotives from repair that for 11% it is more than 2016 and exceeds the annual plan for 1%.

At the same time 161 sections were repaired for the main customer – JSC "Russian Railways", and 30 sections for other partners. Production volume and sales of spare parts (stubs, plugs, inserts and pistons of different modifications) grew by 46% (54.2 million rubles).

The volume of commercial orders in 2017 was more than 11 million rubles. Among them production of pig-iron blocks to Avtomost company for capital repair of Kirikilinsky Bridge in Astrakhan. It gave an impetus for intensive development of production of foundry and mechanical workshops of the enterprise.

The average salary on ATRZ in 2017 grew by 13.4% and was more than 27 thousand rubles.

For 2017 at the plant working conditions are significantly improved – the roof of the main plant was blocked, the facade, internal household premises and also axle-box and fuel departments is repaired. In the building of plant management window and door blocks are partially replaced, installed a Split system.
