The BFT training center is created for the purpose of training of the qualified specialists working with software products of the Company. Training courses cover technology processes of budget management and public procurements, correspond to the operating regulatory framework. Besides, within cooperation with the All-Russian educational portal about the contract BFT Company system "ALPHABET of the STATE ORDER" issues the certificate of Plekhanov Russian Academy of Economics of passing of professional development course.

2015

The number of listeners of training courses of BFT for the first time exceeded 2100 people. Specialists of financial bodies, bodies for purchases and property committees from the whole country took part in rates. The scope of geography of rates extended: exit seminars were held in 5 regions, webinars of the center were listened by Clients from 35 subjects of the country.

In 2015 held seminars in Moscow for system administrators of a product line of ATsK.

  • The training center held an exit seminar in the city of Yekaterinburg where training in work with the software package "SAUMI" which performs complex control automation by the land and property relations became a principal theme. The staff of Committees of the property relations – users of "SAUMI" – from 5 subjects of the Ural Federal District participated in a seminar.
  • On the same subject we held a seminar in Murmansk where there arrived property specialists from all Northwestern Federal District. It would be desirable to note that these rates were organized at the initiative of Committee of the property relations of administration of ZATO of Severomorsk (Murmansk region).
  • Continuing to implement wishes of the clients, the BFT Training center organized in Chelyabinsk rates for administrators and users of the ADC-Finance system. The carrying out format became feature: a master class in combination with practice that allowed listeners not only to receive necessary skills, but also to increase quality and efficiency of transactions during the work with a system.
  • In the Tomsk region courses as which initiator the regional Department of public procurements acted were conducted. The last reforms in the field of purchases and implementation of requirements of a contract system became a principal theme. As a result those organizations which directly work in our management system for the purchases "ATsK-Goszakaz" could take advantage of skills training and set useful skills during the work with a system.

In 2015 our center together with the Belgorod State Technology University (BSTU) of V.G. Shukhov organized professional development course on 44-FZ "Management practice by the public and municipal procurements within a contract system" in municipal entities of the Belgorod region. The courses program was developed in full accordance with the methodological recommendations of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation about implementation of additional professional programs of advanced training in the field of purchases. Approach to maintenance of students became feature of rates - it is detailed instructions at each grade level, step-by-step operation algorithms in a remote office, etc. Based on training of 58 specialists from 41 organizations of area which were trained received the certificates of the state sample confirming the advanced training fact according to the Federal law of 12/29/2012 No. 273-FZ "About education in the Russian Federation".

In 2015 the Training center held series of webinars and online seminars. This direction became the most mass – more than 2000 people from all Russia became listeners of webinars. For participants summer and autumn series of webinars on topical issues of budget policy and changes of the budget legislation were organized. Such approach to training has a number of essential advantages: webinars cover the bigger number of participants. If to a seminar to other city there can arrive some employees of the organization, then all can listen to a webinar department. It also saves funds of organization for traveling expenses and labor costs.
