BSH Hausgeräte GmbH (Bosch und Siemens Hausgeräte) is the German company on production of home appliances with the headquarters of century Munich. It is founded in 1967 by the companies Robert Bosch GmbH and Siemens AG.
Business in Russia
In Russia the concern is provided by two subsidiary companies: BSH Bytovaya tekhnika LLC (Moscow), responsible for marketing, sales and service maintenance, and BSH Bytovye Pribory LLC plant (St. Petersburg).
In Russia the company also owned the plant on assembly of gas stoves (power of 100 thousand plates a year) in Moscow region Chernogolovka. The project was closed at the end of 2008.
History
In 2009 the company sold the Brazilian division to Continental Electrodomesticos of the Mexican company Controladora Mabe S.A. de C.V.
In 1982 Bosch und Siemens Hausgeräte company the West German producer of home appliances — Neff GmbH company was purchased.
The BSH company was founded in 1967 as a result of merge of divisions on release of household appliances and a television technique of two German companies — the concern founded in 1966 Siemens AG and Robert Bosch GmbH.
