In September, 2019 it became known that the Ruselectronics holding of State Corporation Rostec creates the united company based on two PTDCs Krasnodar enterprises "Kaskad" and CB Selena. Consolidation of production and design office will allow to build work within a uniform production cycle – from development to a ready-made product.

Procedures for accession of CB Selena to PTDC Cascade are going to be completed by the end of October, 2019. The united company will be headed by the CEO of PTDC Cascade Kulbayev Ruslan.

Consolidation of assets will allow to consolidate design and production competences of two enterprises, to exclude duplication of technology processes, to optimize managerial structure and to increase utilization of capacity to 70%.

"The enterprises have a number of similar competences of a division of automated control systems of Ruselectronics holding, - Ruslan Kulbayev explains. – Consolidation will lead not only to optimization of production areas, but also will exclude duplication of technology similar works. And, above all – will simplify functional interaction of design office with production that will make a cycle "from the idea to a ready-made product" more compressed and flexible. Such approach will promote increase in efficiency within state defense order and in the civil markets that will provide to the enterprise sustainable development".

The united company will focus on release of the equipment for information systems, systems and complexes of telecommunications of special and civil appointment, development and production of samples of command posts and operations control rooms and communications on the chassis of different types.

Within tasks of diversification the company will organize production of perspective civil products, including energy efficient urban stations for street publicizing and cash registers of self-service for retail networks and hypermarkets.
