Central Research Institute Elektronika - the information and analytical center of the domestic radio-electronic industry coordinating activity of the enterprises of the industry in the field of economy, scientific and technical policy and the international cooperation.

The institute prepares information and analytical materials about real financial and economic and resource providing the organizations of the industry, coordinates development of investment activities, collects and structures data on achievements of domestic radio electronics, participates in creation of industry fund of intellectual property.

Central Research Institute Elektronika is included into structure of Rostec State corporation.

The institute is a coordinator of works on preparation of the actions plan Ministry of Industry and Trade Russia on import substitution in radio electronics till 2020. Large-scale work on implementation of the plan is unrolled - the task of operational creation of the modern hi-tech products of the Russian production demanded by the market is set for the enterprises of the industry.

2017: The memorandum with the Ministry of the industry and information technologies of the People's Republic of China

Central Research Institute Elektronika which is a part of State Corporation Rostec, and the Center of the international economic and technology cooperation at the ministry of the industry and information technologies of the People's Republic of China signed the memorandum of understanding in September, 2017. Signing took place within the second meeting of the Subcommittee which is taking place in Kazan on cooperation in the industry and in the presence of heads industry department of two countries – Denis Manturov and Miao Wei.


According to the document, Central Research Institute Elektronika and the Center of the international economic and technology cooperation of the People's Republic of China agreed about the organization of joint tender in the field of electronic technologies. Young scientists and researchers will become participants of tender. A competition will be held in Russia and China, and the winners selected in each of the countries will have an opportunity to present the projects at the international exhibitions, conferences and other actions organized in the territory of other party.
