History

2019: Cooperation about Rostec in the field of the radio-electronic equipment and electronic components

On September 6, 2019 the State Corporation Rostec reported that together with China Electronics Technology Group Corporation (CETC) held negotiations and approved the development plan for cooperation in the field of development and production of the radio-electronic equipment and electronic component base.

Delegation of Rostec the deputy CEO of Corporation Nikolay Volobuyev headed, delegation of CETC - the deputy CEO Huang Xingdong. The parties communicated about the status and perspectives of joint projects on avionics, electronic component base, navigation equipment, "The smart city", a metering equipment, software development.

In particular, proposals on development of navigation receivers of two types for global and domestic markets with production of chips at the Chinese factory SMIC on technology of 40 nanometers and also the offer on creation of a security system of traffic and increase in capacity in one of the cities of the People's Republic of China were submitted to representatives of CETC.

The Chinese partners consider our offers in these areas. Also project implementation on providing the Russian enterprises with electronic component base and possibilities of localization of some partner technologies in Russia was discussed. Broad production and technology cooperation with one of the largest Chinese producers of component base CETC gives serious opportunities for an exit both on the market of the People's Republic of China, and on global market, noted the deputy CEO of State Corporation Rostec Nikolay Volobuyev

The parties agreed that for operational interaction and effective solution of tasks the working subgroup in the development area, productions, quality evaluations of electronic components and optoelectronics will be created. Representatives of SETS, Alliance Electro Tech Co., Ltd, State Corporation Rostec, the Russian bodies of standardization and certification of electronic component base will be its part.

Study and projects implementation with CETC will be enabled by holdings "Ruselectronics", "Schwabe", KRET and some other the organizations of Rostec.

2017: Agreement with Ruselectronics on the organization of contract manufacturing of semiconductor devices

On August 23 Ruselectronics (parent organization of the holding of the same name of State Corporation Rostec) and Nedi Technology Co. Ltd (which is a part of the Chinese corporation in the field of radio-electronic China Electronics Technology Corporation (CETC) technologies) signed the agreement on the organization of contract manufacturing of semiconductor devices.

The document provides an order and terms of approval of design, the model, production, testing and transfer to products made within foundry-contracts and also a form of contracts and an order of introduction of changes in them. In particular, CETC undertakes to provide warranty period of the made products for the term of 12 months after delivery, and Ruselectronics — patent purity of the made products.
