History

2011: Participation in creation of Inoventica company through offshore Lowi Ventures

The Regional Initiative company entering the production and construction consolidation (PCC) "Kazan" was the controlling shareholder (63.3%) of Inoventica company (Kommunikatsii dlya innovatsy Ltd, KDI) from the moment of its foundation in 2011. This consolidation belongs large to the entrepreneur from Tatarstan Ravil Ziganshin. The blocking stake of KDI (head company Inoventika Group) - 31.7% - belonged to offshore Lowi Ventures behind which stood top menedzhement the Klassika system integrator. The Startobaza fund belonging to Svetlana Nikiforova had another 5% of stocks - the wife of the Minister of Communications Nikolai Nikiforov. In 2014 it was announced entry into Board of Directors of the company of Igor Putin, the cousin of the President of Russia Vladimir Putin.

In 2016 "The regional initiative" redeemed shares of partners in KDI and became the only owner of the company.

2007: Revenue of 2.8 billion rub (+12%)

Consolidated revenues of the company in 2007 were 2,849,950 thousand rubles that for 12.8% exceeded a similar indicator of 2006 in 2,527,120 thousand rubles (according to CNews Analitics).
