CloudHealth Technologies – the American developer of a cloud platform which helps the companies to analyze use of cloud environments including to control expenses, security and performance within Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud. By the end of August, 2018 CloudHealth has about 3 thousand clients among whom – Yelp, Dow Jones Zendesk, Skyscanner and SHI.

2018: VMware purchased CloudHealth Technologies

On August 27, 2018 the American producer of means of virtualization VMware announced acquisition of CloudHealth Technologies within the strategy for development of cloud business. The cost of the transaction which is going to be closed in the third quarter 2019 financial year does not reveal, but, according to sources of Reuters news agency, it is about the amount approximately of $500 million.

VMware purchased the developer of services for management of clouds

VMware is going to integrate CloudHealth technologies with the platforms Wavefront, Secure State and Cloud Automation to offer clients the complex service managing several clouds.
