Solutions

As of April, 2019 the main solution CSI — the Set Retail program for automation of trade processes. Projects on its base help network retailers to service buyers, to build communication with clients, to save costs and to increase revenue.

Creation of the cash register line is provided by such developments of CSI as keyboard POS systems of the last generation, touch cash desks of Set Touch and the system of self-service Set SCO. At design the company considers a format, the area and other features of shops, trying to obtain the maximum capacity at the smaller number of personnel, emphasized in CSI. The control system of the cash transactions Set Prisma allows to reveal and prevent violations at the checkout, to increase discipline of cashiers and as a result to reduce losses of shops.

For involvement of buyers in communication of CSI offers the last technology new products — self-scanning terminals, self-service terminals and a price-chekery, big displays of the buyer. To simplify work of personnel in a trading floor — data collection terminals for fast inventory and revaluation.

CSI is the center of examination Firich Enterprises in Russia

Firich Enterprises Company, global manufacturer of POS systems, announced on April 23, 2019 start of the center of examination in Russia. The vendor signed the agreement with CSI company on the priority right to present the interests at the Russian HoReCa market. In March CSI received the status of the center of examination of FEC in Russia. FEC recommends to participants of the Russian HoReCa market to get advice, to purchase the equipment of vendor and to order technical support in this company.

As noted, FEC and CSI — long-term partners, before their cooperation concerned mainly the retail market. Now CSI represents FEC and in the field of HoReCa in Russia.

The company consolidates competences FEC in cash solutions in the status of the center of examination and will develop a brand of the partner in the Russian HoReCa market. CSI will be able to offer to clients special payment terms of hardware solutions of vendor and to provide warranty and post-warranty support of the new and already released equipment of FEC.

The vendor promises CSI full support for development of the solutions in the Russian market, the help in timely and complete completing of warehouses of the partner by the equipment and spare parts. FEC will assist CSI in upgrade of the developments for clients in Russia.

Among clients — more than 300 retail chain stores

As of April, 2019 developments of CSI use more than 300 retail chain stores, 10 thousand shops across all Russia. Among clients — Tape, "The alphabet of taste", "OK", Ryady optoclub, Prisma, Auchan, Cluster, Gulliver, Traffic light and other large retailers.

The company has 200 partners in all Russia, and on service maintenance — 30 thousand points of sale.

2017: Services and solutions

For November, 2017 the Crystal Service company proposes to the clients the complete solution: SET software products, cash and IT equipment, design, consulting, services in start and maintenance.

The solution on network management of gas station covers all tasks connected with sale of fuel and joint products, inventory management of oil products, payment of services, increase in a customer loyalty.
