The company develops the platform which collects the user feedback through questionnaires on websites, Sms, e-mail, etc. Then algorithms process these data together with data on purchases and other actions of clients to create diagrams of activity of buyers. 2019: Cisco purchased Customer Analytics Technologies

On August 26, 2019 Cisco announced acquisition of Customer Analytics Technologies. This transaction which cost the companies decided to keep in a secret will improve tools of the buyer in the field of contact centers, will add means for predictive analytics and drawing up cards of a travel of consumers.

Cisco advances more and more solutions with artificial intelligence and machine learning in the product portfolio for joint work, and queue of contact center came now, the vice president the head of department of Cisco Contact Center Solutions (it will include Customer Analytics Technologies after closing of the transaction which should take place until the end of 2019) Vasili Triant reported.
