DAMASCUS LLC is producer of a hardware-independent e-queue system.

Till 2009 DAMASCUS worked as one of the directions of ASK Group LLC which was engaged in sale and development of the e-queue system of the same name.

In November, 2009 DAMASCUS became the independent business unit which is a part of LETA Group. The product portfolio of DAMASCUS LLC still consists of a monoproduct – an e-queue system of DAMASK.

In 2012 became the resident Skolkovo

Fields of activity of the company – development, technical support of an e-queue system of DAMASK, promotion of a product through network of regional partners.

The idea of the project – a management system for queue DAMASCUS appeared in 2005. Initially SUO "DAMASCUS" was used for the solution of a small local task – management of acceptance of visitors in post offices, in the tax inspections. The company developed and at the moment occupies more than 20% of the market and also is a contractor according to the project, largest in Europe, on implementation of SUO in Sberbank. A system is implemented more than in 2,000 bank departments across all Russia.

Further development of a product means a successful exit of the company to international markets that in turn means increase in rates and quality of development of the necessary software. For this purpose the company developed the long-term development strategy which was submitted in 2012 to Skolkovo.

Within this program the company is going to implement the following technologies in SOU:

  • the Zero time installation technology aimed at a possibility of installation and support of SUO without participation of the specialized company of an installer having staff of highly-skilled employees;
  • use of cloud computing for providing service in the SAAS model;
  • implementation of RFID elements in electronic queues;
  • implementation of a system of near identification in queue of the visitor (Near Field Communication);
  • transfer of elements of a system in mobile applications;
  • implementation of elements of analysis systems of povedeniye of clients.

2010

In 2010 the Damascus company purchased more than 20 new partners, having brought a covering of regions of Russia to 90%. In total for the expired year more than 100 management systems for queue of DAMASK in 40 cities of the Russian Federation were implemented, thereby the total number of implementations of SUO DAMASCUS reached 357, and the quantity of the jobs equipped with a system grew to 5000.

In general the Damascus company during 2010 fixed the positions of the player of federal level. Damascus won and began implementation of a number of large tenders for equipment of departments of federal banks. Tenders for delivery of the DAMASCUS systems to 17 departments of the Baikal Bank of Sberbank of Russia and 40 departments of Home Credit and Finance Bank were won.

More than 40% of MFC of Russia work under control of SUO DAMASCUS. In 2010 more than 20 systems in Multifunction Service centers of the population are installed.

Also in 2010 the Damascus company entered the market of the CIS, having installed the e-queue system in Management of traffic police of Astana Kazakhstan. Kazakhstan was rather capacious market: the management system for queue of DAMASK was at once noticed by potential consumers that led to sharp increase of number of requests from the republic.
