2020: Rostelecom purchased Dartit IT company for 430 million rubles

At the end of September, 2020 it became known of entry of the Perm IT company "Dartit" into Rostelecom Information Technologies LLC. This purchase cost Rostelecom 430 million rubles, reported in the reporting of the telecommunication operator.

Under the terms of the transaction, Rostelecom paid 300 million rubles of own money right after closing of the transaction. 130 million more rubles will be transferred within four years.

Rostelecom purchased 100% of "Dartit" through the subsidiary company "Bashinformsvyaz". Before purchase of 75% of authorized capital of developer of a program obepsecheniye by Bashinformsvyaz Dmitry Artyomov, 19.8% — through IT Invest of Groups LLC Konstantin Bystrov and Boris Rudakov owned.

Purchase of the Perm IT company "Dartit" cost Rostelecom 430 million rubles

In addition to "Dartit", at the end of September, 2020 Rostelecom Information Technologies LLC included Start2kom company. According to the press service of Rostelecom, "Dartit" should become a basis of the Perm IT hub of the company, and "Start2kom" — the competence center developing one of systems. Key IT competences are supposed to be saved together with technical leaders of the companies. The product Dartit directions in the most part belong to a line of digital solutions therefore their development will be synchronized with development of other digital products in uniform model of IT management. The companies in RTK IT stop being "commercial" and speeds of development and building of partnership with the internal customer will have to concentrate on quality improvement of solutions.

Among clients of "Dartit" Rostelecom, Sberbank, state-owned federal state Institution Federal Informatization Center under the Russian CEC, FGUP Russian Post, JSC ER-Telecom Holding, JSC Ammony, Onlaym, Mail.ru Group, Samsung Russia and others are mentioned.[1]

2018

According to information SPARK-Interfax, in 2018 "Dartit" concluded six government contracts for the amount about 260 million rubles.

The venture fund Typhoon Digital Development is in a final stage of the transaction on merger of Dartit LLC. Transaction amount can be about 750 million rubles. About the preparing transaction the correspondent ComNews was told two close sources to it. For Typhoon Digital Development it will be already the second purchase of the developer specialized SOFTWARE, focused on telecommunication the market: in the middle of October, 2018 this fund purchased billing NPF Berkut — Solution Provider for Telecom Operators. One of Primary Clients Berkuta LLC is "Tele2 Russia". Taking into account that "Rostelecom" controls 45% of authorized capital of "Tele2 Russia" and also persistent rumors that the national operator nevertheless consolidates Tele2, purchase of Dartit will allow Typhoon Digital Development fund to be fixed in the Rostelecom group[2].

According to data of Rosstat, revenue of Dartit in 2017 exceeded 288.7 million rubles, and in 2016 - 269.3 million rubles.

2000-2001

Dartit was founded as division of the American firm DataArt Enterprises in 2000, and since 2001 Dartit performs independent activity. The headquarters of the company is in Perm, there are also offices in Yekaterinburg and Moscow, and the total number of personnel exceeds 160 people. According to data of the USRLE, owners of Dartit LLC are six individuals (as directly, and through the Perm IT Invest Group LLC). The largest beneficiaries of Dartit - Dmitry Artyomov (it directly possesses 75% of its authorized capital), the CEO of Dartit Konstantin Bystrov (an effective share - 10.15%), Mikhail Shtin (7.95%) and Boris Rudakov (4.65%).
