2013:250 employees in Ufa, Perm and Nizhny Novgorod

In 2013, the company had 250 employees in Ufa, Perm and Nizhny Novgorod. All of them are engaged in projects for the development, modernization, maintenance and testing of software performed by the iT Group of Companies.

ATI opened a regional resource center in Ufa in the spring of 2008 with the aim of testing a new business model. In the context of a shortage of qualified IT personnel, Datatech has become the base for the technological divisions of the IT group of companies. Datatech focuses on innovative technological developments in the most popular areas, for example, cloud technologies and corporate mobility.

It is worth noting the cooperation of Datatech with educational institutions in order to improve the training of IT specialists. Together with the Ufa State Aviation Technical University and Bashkir State University, free courses on JAVA development were repeatedly held; in 2013, the IT Internship project was implemented in the areas of "Creation of Technical Documentation" and "Software Testing." Within the framework of the internship, senior students have the opportunity to learn to apply in practice the knowledge gained at the university, and gain skills in working in the chosen specialty.
