Judging by data of a system " circuit.focus ",  this company belongs Singapore "to Didi Mobility Pta. LTD." (99.9%) and "Travis International Group Hong Kong Limited" (0.1%).

The office Didi Mobility Rus LLC is registered to the address: Leningradskoye Highway 16A building 1 floor 8 a lump. 26 in Moscow. During all the time at the company two CEOs were already replaced. At the beginning of 2020 on the website of LinkedIn a vacancy of the PR-manager of Didi  with office in St. Petersburg. The potential employee  among other things  also should "interact with profile associations and the state".

Then RBC with reference to the sources reported that the company conducted several interviews to the top manager's position. One of interlocutors said that Didi Chuxing opened the Russian representative office, however in what it will be engaged, it is unknown.

Perhaps, while it is only about analytical service which will study a situation in the transport market in Russia. On the basis of the analysis they will be able to solve, it is worth coming on this market or not  — he said.

Didi "feels the market, talking to top managers", the representative of one of the taxi aggregators told RBC.

Earlier Didi Chuxing  invested  the Russian-Chinese investment fund (RKIF, RDIF and China Investment Corporation is created). Investment volume of the party was not disclosed. In October, 2017 the CEO of RDIF Kirill Dmitriyev  said that Didi can enter the Russian market in the nearest future.^[1]
