2018: Merge to First BIT

Direct project company was a part of the international IT company "The First BIT", having become the second office in Volgograd. On December 18, 2018 reported about it to TAdviser in First BIT.

"The first BIT" — the age-mate of Direct project company which 95% of activity are concentrated on programs 1C. The idea of merge to other business came up at the director of the company Vadim Goldenberg for a long time.

In any business there is an optimal scale. In our case — 25 people — are economically inexpedient. Business is absolutely in a different way done if at you up to 15 people or from 40 and above. Before our company there was a choice how to develop further. As a result we decided that a part of the large company to be more useful both to us, and to our clients. First, First BIT already has experience of merge of businesses. Secondly, to be a part of the large company — it is honourable. It has more opportunities for personnel training, development of marketing and not only. We as one small business, others are strong in something one — in something another, and at First BIT are a range of services very wide — Vadim Goldenberg said.

According to the head of the macroregion of The First BIT company Evgeny Shustov, in the nearest future the IT market in Volgograd will become more consolidated.

The united company will provide to clients the round-the-clock line of consultations, own industry solutions and examination of leading specialists. "The first BIT" is an extensive experience of successful implementations of IT systems for accounting and management. We intend to give additional value for our clients due to convenience, efficiency and complexity of solutions — Evgeny Shustov concluded.

The office in Volgograd on Lenin Avenue became the 91st branch of the First Bit. In total for December 18 business of the company is done in 60 cities of 6 countries of the world: it is Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, the UAE, Canada and Spain.
