2019: Entry into the exchange: attraction of $677 million and capitalization of $4.3 billion

On September 18, 2019 the producer of the dental products Envista entering into Danaher holding went public. As the platform for listing the New York Stock Exchange was selected.

Within the IPO company sold 26.8 million shares at the price of $22 apiece that keeps within earlier sounded range in $21–24. Envista was succeeded to attract $589 million, and taking into account the shares sold by banks organizers of placement, the earned amount was $677 million.

The Danaher holding brought dental "daughter" to the exchange

According to the results of the first day in the status of the public company of quotation Envista jumped by 27% and reached $27.95, and market capitalization made $4.3 billion on September 20 quotations rose by 2.8%.

The most part of means (about $643.4 million) earned from primary public placement of securities was returned to Danaher holding which had Envista controlling stake — a share in the amount of 80.6%.

Danaher selected in Envista company all the brands on release of dental solutions, including Nobel Biocare, KaVo Kerr and Ormco. Amir Aghdaei who directed dental division of corporation with the state of 12 thousand employees earlier is appointed the president and the CEO of the new company. The executive vice president of Danaher Dan Daniel and the senior vice president Daniel Raskas also passed into Envista.

As reported on the website Envista, the company develops and provides the complete range of supplies, the equipment and services for the professional stomatologists covering about 90% of clinical needs for diagnostics, treatment and prevention of dental diseases. Among the different sold products the producer offers the orthodontic equipment, technologies of digital image processing and implants.^[1]
