The joint venture Center actively participates in scientific activity. The staff of the enterprise executes a number of research works on different aspects of activity of public authorities.

Results of scientific activity find direct application in the projects implemented by Federal State Unitary Enterprise JV Center.

The enterprise locates the scientific, potential production allowing to perform activities for the following directions:

• Management systems for financial and economic activity
• Systems of operational monitoring, situation analysis, forecasting and decision support
• Systems of documentary ensuring management
• Automation systems of control and auditing and expert and analytical activity
• Management consulting IT consulting

Approach of specialists of the enterprise when implementing projects is based on understanding of national objectives, problems of specific territorial subjects of the federation, municipal entities and their heads. This approach which is repeatedly increased by long-term experience of staff of the enterprise allows to implement effectively projects for the state customers.

The experience and developments received in the project progress are generalized, used and develop in other projects. It allows to offer the customers only the checked and almost implementable solutions.

Now special attention is paid to service maintenance of information and communications systems. The center of technical support in which experts in the different directions are involved is created.

Unique experience of the enterprise, the wide list of the projects implemented at the moment in the state purposes allows to be positive for opportunities and perspectives of cooperation with the state customers, a relationship system on the basis of long-term cooperation.
