Federal competence center in the field of labor productivity of FTsK
Federal competence center in the field of labor productivity (FTsK) – the organization which is the operator of the national project "Labor Productivity and Support of Employment" (the head of the national project – Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation Oreshkin Maxim). The main objective of the project – providing an increase in labor productivity on medium-sized and large enterprises of basic non-oil branches of the economy Russia is not lower than for 5% a year by 2024 due to implementation of technologies of lean production.
The Federal Competence Center (FCC) will begin to work in 2019 in 20 new subjects, more than 958 enterprises will join the project. The increase in labor productivity at the enterprises participating in the project in 2018 will make 10%, reported in March, 2019 in FTsK.
In 2019 the Federal competence center plans that 9380 employees of the different enterprises will is trained in instruments of performance improvement of work, from them by 484 forces of FTsK. The increase in labor productivity participating in the project also will have to make 10%.
In 2018 the Federal competence center worked in 16 regions, more than 120 enterprises cooperated with experts of FTsK. More than 1000 employees of the enterprises were trained by experts of FTsK. More than 90% of the CEOs of the enterprises were happy with work of Federal competence center. It is expected that the increase in labor productivity at the enterprises cooperating with FTsK in 2018 will average 10%, however some enterprises could even exceed this indicator.
