Foodplex is the united company including the system of digital marketing and payments Plazius, Afisha-Restorany media service, a booking system of tables Smart Reserve and the producer of the cash r_keeper systems, UCS company. The company is founded in 2018. Shareholders: Sberbank, Rambler Group and number of private investors.
Functionality of a system
All services connected with visit of restaurant will be implemented on a single platform. Payment of account without waiting of the waiter, separation of the account into the company of guests, automatic obtaining the personalized privileges and function of a non-cash tip will become available to guests of restaurants. Users of service will be able to select suitable restaurant, to reserve a table and also to make the preorder of food of the menu, or to order delivery of food to the house or in office.
Restaurants will have an opportunity not only it is better to understand and service the guests, but also it is essential to increase the customer base, the number of orders and an average bill.
The new platform will provide services on all way from the moment of the choice of restaurant to payment of account and a feedback from the guest. The platform at the same time is the CRM system and the platform of automation of marketing for restaurants. It will allow restaurants to provide more personalized service to guests, to considerably increase transparency and efficiency of marketing investments, including investments in own loyalty program and also to get some more advantages — such as increase in revenue due to acceleration of turnover of tables in peak hours, cost reduction on feedback from guests, expenses on release of plastic discount cards, etc.
Integration into a single platform will allow to accelerate implementation of services. Products will become available to a large number of restaurants thanks to further technology development of the r_keeper system which already occupies more than a half of the market of restaurant automation and ERP in Russia. At the same time restaurants will be able to use the services offered by the Fudpleks platform regardless of what cash system or ERP they apply.
Closing of the transaction
Sberbank, Rambler Group, GHP Group and also private investors Grigory Gurevich and Evgeny Malakhov closed on October 4, 2018 the transaction on creation of Fudpleks — a single digital platform for the restaurant market.
The Fudpleks platform integrated the system of digital marketing and payments of Plazius, media service and service of armoring "Poster Restaurants", a system for reservation of tables and work of the hostess of Smart Reserve and also the developer of the largest in Russia and the CIS of the automation system of r keeper restaurants — UCS company. The share of Sberbank in the united company makes 35%, Rambler Group owns 30%. Another 35% belong to GHP Partners, Grigory Gurevich and Evgeny Malakhov.
From the moment of signing of the transaction of the company completed integration of the products Plazius into the r_keeper system. To them treat the platform of automation of marketing, including the platform for management of the loyalty program, mobile application for payment without waiting of the waiter, an electronic tip and use of restaurant privileges, the order of take-away and others.
In an active phase there is an integration "Poster Restaurants" and Plazius as a result of which guests will receive a convenient method of interaction with restaurants on all way — from search and the choice of restaurants and dishes before separation of the account into several guests, its payments and a response about visit.

Declaration of creation of the company
On July 2, 2018 it was announced that Sberbank, Rambler Group, GHP Group and also private investors Grigory Gurevich and Evgeny Malakhov create "Fudpleks" — a single digital platform for the restaurant market. The Fudpleks platform will integrate in the complete solution the system of digital marketing and payments of Plazius, media service and service of armoring "Poster Restaurants", a system for reservation of tables and work of the hostess of Smart Reserve and also the system developer of automation of r keeper restaurants — UCS company.
Participants of the created joint venture signed a packet of right binding documents. The share of Sberbank in the united company will make 35%, Rambler Group will own 30%. Another 35% will belong to GHP Partners, Grigory Gurevich and Evgeny Malakhov.

The transaction is going to be closed in August, 2018.
