Government of the Republic of Bashkortostan

The Government of the Republic of Bashkortostan, within its powers, organizes the implementation of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, federal laws, other regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation, the Constitution of the Republic of Bashkortostan, laws and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Bashkortostan on the territory of the republic.

Consideration of issues related to the powers of the Government of the Republic of Belarus is carried out at meetings of the Government, at meetings of permanent and temporary commissions and other working bodies formed by the Government with the participation of representatives of interested executive bodies of the Republic of Bashkortostan, other bodies and organizations.

The government issues resolutions and orders binding on the territory of the Republic of Bashkortostan, and also adopts other acts that are not of a legal nature, and gives instructions to the executive authorities of the Republic of Bashkortostan, relevant officials.

The procedure for adopting resolutions and orders of the Government is established by the Regulations of the Government of the Republic of Belarus and other acts of the Government in accordance with the law.

Meetings of the Presidium of the Government are appointed by the Prime Minister of the Government, and in his absence - by one of the Deputy Prime Ministers of the Government.
