2018: Accenture purchased HO Communication

On July 31, 2018 the Accenture company rendering services in the field of management consulting, information technologies and outsourcing announced closing of the transaction on HO Communication acquisition. Financial and other agreement details are not disclosed.

It is supposed that due to merger of HO Communication possibilities of division  of Accenture Interactive will be expanded (renders services in spheres of optimization and the organization of business process outsourcing) regarding digital design, marketing, content and commercial services for the Chinese clients.

Accenture decided to storm the market of Celestial Empire by buying up of the local companies. To HO Communication Fjord companies (consulting and development), PacificLink (group of the digital-agencies in Hong Kong), were purchased by Altima (the agency of e-commerce) and Mackevision (the developer of computer graphics  of CGI and content of virtual reality).
