Hasansky customs – the most southern customs in Russia, the region of its activity is in many respects unique. It is the territory on a joint of borders of three states: Russia, China and North Korea.

History

1952: Creation of the company

The Hasansky customs was created on the basis of the order of the Ministry of Foreign Trade of the USSR of April 26, 1952 No. 231 based on a customs post Piedmont at the railway station Hassan of Primorsky Krai on border with Democratic People's Republic of Korea.

The round-the-clock customs control on railway transition Hassan – Tumanggang behind the admission of cargo trains, hand luggage and passengers, long-distance departures was performed by 4 customs officers. They fought against smuggling and customs offenses.

Hasansky customs – the most southern customs and in the Far East, and in Russia, and the region of its activity is in many respects unique. It includes Hasansky district of Primorsky Krai and the water area of territorial waters of the Sea of Japan washing coast of the specified administrative education. The customs is located on a joint of borders of three states: Russia, China and North Korea. There is the only check point in Russia to Democratic People's Republic of Korea. By sea the customs borders on South Korea and Japan. Extent of overland border with the adjacent countries is: with the People's Republic of China – 235.9 km, with the DPRK – 15 km.

1990

Many nice pages are added to the history of Hasansky customs. In December, 1990 the customs post of the Vladivostok customs "Posyetsky" located on the sea coast in the settlement of Posyet of Hasansky district of Primorsky Krai is transferred to customs. The post was founded on April 5, 1902 by the Sovereign Nicholas II and hereinafter was referred to as a customs outpost.

1991

In November, 1991 the customs post Dalzavodsky (now – Hasansky) located in 30 kilometers in the northwest direction on frontier from the People's Republic of China is formed.

1992

In October, 1992 on the sea coast of the settlement of Zarubino of Hasansky district of Primorsky Krai the customs post Zarubinsky is created (today – "Seaport Zarubino").

1995

Considerably the increased role of customs posts Dalzavodsky, Posyetsky, Zarubinsky and sharp decrease in goods turnover with the DPRK served as the re-deployment reasons in February, 1995 in foreign economic activity of Hasansky customs from Hassan to the settlement of Kraskino.

And on Hassan the customs post Matveevsky with the number of staff of 20 people was created. The customs post bears a name of one of honored workers of customs authorities of the Far East of the adviser of customs service of the I rank Pyotr Frolovich Matveev who made the significant contribution to formation and development of customs affairs in the Far East including in Hasansky district.

From 1980 to 1983 customs Valery Draganov, further – the chairman of the State Customs Committee of Russia, the famous politician and the public figure directed.

For May, 2015 4 customs posts are subordinated to Hasansky customs: Seaport Slavyanka, Seaport Zarubino, Hasansky and Matveevsky customs posts. Customs control is exercised practically on all means of transport: automobile, sea, railway. Foreign trade in the region of activity of customs is done such countries as Singapore, China, the Republic of Korea, Taiwan, Japan, Democratic People's Republic of Korea, Germany.
