2019: Creation of the company

At the end of December, 2019 it became clear that the candidate for president USA Michael Bloomberg invests tens of millions dollars from the huge private means in technology company Hawkfish. She analyzes data and should help Bloomberg to win Donald Trump elections in 2020.

Hawkfish provides services of Digital Signage, including creation of content, advertizing and analytics for Bloomberg's campaign. It is supposed that activity of the company will help Bloomberg during future pre-election race. Existence of the company it was not announced earlier, but, apparently, it was founded by Bloomberg in the spring of 2019.

By the end of 2019 Bloomberg's fortune is estimated more than in $50 billion. Bloomberg's assistants refused to report how many he invested in the company, however Bloomberg said that he is ready to invest more than $100 million for Digital Signage against Trump. It is known that his company already spent not less than $13 million for advertizing in Facebook and Google.

According to CNBC, natives of Facebook and Foursquare work for Hawkfish. Where the office of the company is located, it is unknown, it has no official site too. Search in databases about elections did not give any financial statements, work-related the companies. However Hawkfish Virginia and Kentucky already managed to help democrats on intermediate elections with states. Though candidates for president usually not to ask for the help in the company which was founded experts in ethics say that Bloomberg's actions do not break laws of the Federal Election Commission.

One other candidate for presidential elections has no own IT company in 2020. According to the experts in ethics polled by CNBC, digital business of Bloomberg does not violate the rule of the Federal Election Commission of the USA.[1]
