For 2015-2017 business of IBS considerably grew. Revenue increased with 14.7 billion rubles one the fiscal year which came to the end on March 31, 2015 prior to 21.4 billion rubles for the financial year which ended on March 31, 2017 at annual average growth rate (CAGR) of 21%.

For the same period the net profit of the company grew from 338 million rubles to 1.461 billion rubles, the annual average growth rate was 108%.

In nine months from April 1 to December 31, 2017 revenue of IBS made 19.7 billion rubles, having increased by 10% in comparison with 17.8 billion rubles in nine months which ended on December 31, 2016.

The source of RIA Novosti in financial circles reported that organizers of placement of IBS had to complete on April 13, 2018 consultations with investors, so-called investor education according to the results of which to make the decision on carrying out the transaction and its price parameters.

According to the interlocutor of the agency, investors showed interest in the company, however the latest events, mainly the volatility in the stock market caused by new anti-Russian sanctions cause uncertainty concerning risk and discount to Russia in general.

 On April 6 the USA imposed new sanctions against the Russian companies, businessmen and officials. On April 9 the stock indexes failed for 8–11%, and dollar and euro exchange rates flew up for 3.7-4%. At the same time still on April 10 organizers of the IPO of IBS company considered premature to stop work on share placing, Kommersant with reference to the source close to the transaction writes.

The target amount of placement was 7-8 billion rubles, told Vedomosti of people to which placement conditions are known. The investor knowing these conditions specified that about $100 million are about the amount. On April 4, 2018 IBS announced intention to carry out a primary public offer of actions (Initial Public Offering, the IPO). 2016

IBS thought of the IPO again

The IBS group is going to come to the Russian exchange, TAdviser in September, 2016 the interlocutor familiar with shareholders of group told. According to him, owners already made the decision on carrying out the IPO.

Entry into the exchange will give the chance to receive value assessment of the company that will allow to attract investments on development and will increase trust from customers, considers a source of TAdviser.

IBS confirmed to TAdviser that the IPO at the Russian exchange is one of potential scenarios of development of the company, but, according to the Deputy CEO for the strategy of IBS Evgeny Peskin, the final decision on it is not made yet.

Owners of IBS already have an exchange experience. Till 2014 depositary receipts of IBS Group which in addition to the Russian integrator also included the developer of the custom software Luxoft were trading at the Frankfurt exchange.

In November, 2014 there was a converting of securities – minority shareholders of IBS Group received in exchange a part of shares of Luxoft belonging to IBS, and founders of group Anatoly Karachinsky and Sergey Matsotsky consolidated 100% of IBS Group. Luxoft came for the IPO in 2013.

IBS opens the center of SDN technologies

The Competence Center will allow specialists of IBS to get practical experience of work with products for creation of software-defined networks (Software Defined Networks, SDN) and to study specifics of their integration into IT infrastructure. Experts of IBS will investigate and test solutions of different producers on each of three principal components of the similar systems: Software-defined networks (SDN); Virtualization of network functions (NFV); Infrastructure management Orchestration.

Identification of the most full-function products in these areas and technical study of issues of their integration will allow to create the complete solutions focused on customers needs in different sectors of the market. The Center will be studied as products of traditional partners of IBS, such as Cisco, Mellanox, HP, VMware, F5, Microsoft, Avaya, and solution based on open standards, including from the Russian developers. Special attention will be paid to them.

Specialists of the technology directions of a division of IT infrastructure of IBS will be an expert part of the Center: "Network solutions", Cloud platforms, Management systems.

2015

IBS opened the third regional center in Ulyanovsk

The IBS company opened at the beginning of the 0215th year office in Ulyanovsk. In new division developers of solutions in the field of data integration and support technicians of information systems will work. IBS calculate that opening of one more office will increase efficiency of operating activities and will give the chance to attract new personnel in potentially interesting region.

Expansion of network of regional development centers, first of all, is aimed at increase in efficiency and creation of the most attractive conditions of provision of services for geographically distributed customers, the First Deputy CEO of IBS company Grigory Kocharov notes: "Opening of development center of the software and maintenance of information systems in Ulyanovsk gives us the chance to attract to participation in our projects of IT specialists from this region who on professionalism level concede nothing Moscow and on innovation and enthusiasm often exceed".

Ulyanovsk was selected based on a research of attractiveness of 35 cities on a number of parameters – to the number of IT professional, available in labor market, the existing system of training of specialists, to the relation of the Government of the region to the IT industry, the pay level of work, rent expenses of office and others. IBS organized service - migration of SAP systems from foreign data centers

On July 1, 2015 the IBS company announced the beginning of action of new service — service of migration of SAP systems and data data processings and hardware-software platforms between centers.

The service is focused on the customers acting according to new edition of the Law on personal data (152-FZ), coming into effect on September 1, 2015, a significant change in foreign exchange rate and transition to more economic standard hardware platforms (x86 architecture). As a result of migration, according to the company, costs for a hosting and support of "heavy" corporate solutions can go down for 40-60%.

Growth of currency value and the introduction on September 1, 2015 by amendments to the Law on personal data, become an additional incentive for failure from placement of IT systems abroad.

The technology is developed on the basis of systematization of experience of migrations more than 50 SAP systems. Migration can be performed, both with change of the hardware-software platform, and without like that, both all data, and a part them relating only to the Russian business both with the organization of logistics of data movement, and without like that. On each requirement of the customer there is a ready-made solution that reduces to zero risks, considerably reduces migration cost.

The normal term of preparation and accomplishment of migration of a three-system SAP landscape with an amount of data up to 10TB — 2 month, the budget of such migration on average — from 0.5 million to 1.5 million rubles. A downtime of the productive systems in the course of migration if necessary can be reduced to half an hour.

2014: HyperMethod is sold to founders of the company

IBS sold 51% of the HyperMethod (Lenvea LLC) company developing software for distance learning, to founders Dmitry Krechman and Yury Perepelitsyn. The transaction was closed in the spring of 2014. Details are not disclosed. After that HyperMethod completely belongs to Dmitry Krechman and Yury Perepelitsyn, in the ratio 50 on 50. IBS purchased 51% of "Lenvea" in 2008.

Creation of department of solutions on personnel management

February, 2012 - the IBS group integrates all the practicians who are engaged in consulting and development of IT solutions on personnel management for the Russian customers in uniform Department of solutions in the field of personnel management. The new department included practice of HR consulting of IBS, practice of implementation of product-based personnel management systems SAP and department of implementing solutions of personnel management on the basis of Oracle.

Borlas separated from IBS

In the middle of 2012 IBS Group returned itself full control over IBS company, having redeemed the share belonging to Borlas. It was preceded by leaving IBS in 2011 of the president of group Alexey Ananyin. He made the decision to focus completely on development of own business.

2011

Conflict with Mikhail Dvorkovich

At the beginning of February, 2011 Mikhail Dvorkovich, the chairman of the board of directors of the communication Presskholl group and the younger brother of the Assistant to the President of the Russian Federation Arkady Dvorkovich, urged Prosecutor's office and Accounts Chamber to check activity of IBS company. According to Dvorkovich, the system integrator incorrectly does business in Russian regions.

"If IBS comes for regional tenders in consortium with local players, then in case of a victory really works are performed by regional participants of consortium, but 70% of payment leave IBS", - Mikhail Dvorkovich told CNews. In it he sees the reason of problems of regional IT-Business.

Dvorkovich also described claims to IBS in the microblog on Twitter: "My opinion - IBS methodically destroys many years regional IT-Business. It is necessary to carry out inspections of Prosecutor's office and Accounts Chamber to strike IBS in regions".

The president of IBS Group Holding Anatoly Karachinsky paid attention to the blog entry of Dvorkovich. "On a past yesterday a forum of Troika Dialog at me emotional dialog with Karachinsky who accused me of slander on the company took place, - Dvorkovich told CNews. - I answered that I will collect proofs of the words and if I do not manage to make it, then exactly I also - on Twitter - will apologize".

Moving to new office "Novodmitrovsky"

In August, 2011 it became known that the IBS company moved to new office "Novodmitrovsky" which began to be put into operation since July, 2010. Today in it about 1500 specialists of IBS work. Results of year

The consolidated group revenue for all grew 2011 financial year by 24% in comparison with previous year and made $816.1 million, and revenue in a segment of IT services grew by 22% in annual terms and made $476.5 million.

Leaving Alexey Ananyin's company

In December, 2011 the post of the president of IBS was left by Alexey Ananyin, intending to be engaged in own business. Together with it the company was left by the command (see article of Borlas) specializing in software implementation of Oracle.

2009: Decline of revenue by 34%

IBS IT Services managed to earn at 34% less, than in 2008 — by $310.7 million[4].

2008

By the beginning of 2008 operational merge of IBS and KG of Borlas was fully completed. Under the IBS brand the united company continued development of examination and a product portfolio in information technology field and consulting. Within practice of management consulting examination, unique for Russia, in the field of HR consulting was concentrated, the largest and pilot team of HR consultants in IT market from more than 30 professionals is made.

In the middle of the year the direction of consulting practice in the field of management of production systems and supply chains is open. It allowed to expand a range of solvable tasks of production management, hardware maintenance and logistics and also it is essential to increase quality of complex projects.

IBS purchased 51% of "Lenvea" – one of the leading Russian developers of the systems of distance learning provided under the name of HyperMethod. Added with new acquisition of IBS the product portfolio, having included in it the modern systems of e-learning.

IBS with assistance of the Ak Bars business group opened regional company "IBS Kazan". Based on experience and examination of IBS, "IBS Kazan" provides services in creation and development of information systems in Tatarstan.

Revenue of the company at the end of 2008 reached the level of $509.7 million.

IBS occupies about 7% of the market of IT services (IDC, 2008), considerably being ahead of other players, and about 19% (IDC, 2008) are in the lead in a fast-growing segment of implementation of business applications from shares.

2007

Revenue of the company at the end of 2007 reached the level of $462.9 million. One of the main points of growth of IBS in 2007 – consulting. One of the most demanded directions – personnel management. The number of clients of IBS among the large vertically and horizontally integrated holdings grows.

In the fall of 2007 the unique IBS program for training of young specialists started: it was open Magistracies of IBS in MIPT where 42 students are already trained. The master program provides training of specialists on the most demanded IT specialties. The further plans are opening of the Magistracy of IBS in other universities of the country. In three years according to this program preparation not less than 700 young specialists for further work in the company is planned.

Besides, in 2007 in IBS it is opened the directions on work with educational institutions. The new direction integrated specialized consulting services and IT solutions of IBS for the educational sphere. This initiative of IBS is aimed at provision of services and the solutions necessary for creation of educational institution of new generation – "the innovation university of the future" providing requirements of national economy and competitive at the international level.

Merge of IBS and Borlas

In the middle of April, 2007 the IBS company and Borlas consulting group announced a friendly merger. The purpose of this transaction – creation of the company which will be able to provide to clients services of the international level, to execute projects of any scale and degree of complexity with the maximum effect for business of customers.

In the summer of 2007 the first joint initiative of two companies was implemented: BSForum – key event in the field of business applications in Russia is carried out. The widest solution portfolio at the Russian market for enterprise management and the unique joint examination of IBS and Borlas was presented at a forum which brought together more than 200 delegates – representatives of top management and heads of functional divisions of the large Russian companies.

On October 29 IBS and Borlas announced completion of merge and formation of IBS consolidated company. All operating business directions of IBS company, including IBS Data Fort and IBS Platformix and also the companies of Borlas Consulting group were its part. The practicians working with business applications and other technologies of Oracle are integrated under the IBS Borlas brand.

As a result of merge the structure, unique on the financial, human and technology resources, which became the absolute leader among the Russian IT service providers from market shares of IT services ~ 7% and a share more than 20% in a segment of business applications is created (according to IDC). The total quantity of employees exceeds 3400 people. At the moment the company locates the biggest consulting command in the Russian IT market which part more than 400 consultants and developers for SAP solutions and more than 500 on solutions Oracle are.

1994-2006

In February, 1994 the company submitted the new version of a system Delta Bank and bank devices of self-service. On February 16 IBS installed the Russia's first automatic machine for currency exchange of ASM 90 SIGMA purchased by Capital Bank of Savings in GUM.

In March, 1995 IBS announced the beginning of activity of the distribution center "Dealine" - IBS subsidiary company. On February 19, 1996 IBS signed the partnership agreement with IBM corporation (USA) and acquired the right to deliver ATMs (ATM) of production of IBM as a part of solutions of bank automation.

1996

In April, 1996 IBS for the first time in Russia performed connection of a local payment system of bank (International bank of development of fuel and energy complex Intertekbank) to regional payment system STB-Card online. Specialists of the company create the unique software product using which any of 200 participating banks of STB-Card payment system can be connected to it in real time. In June, 1996 the company provided the automation system of trade enterprises IBS Trade which previous version carried name CU-1.

On July 10, 1996 IBS, Dell Computer corporation (USA) and Citicorp finance corporation (USA) announced joint creation of new computer company Dell Systems Limited. The project prepared more than 10 months. Dell Systems Limited IBS as the press noted received the status of the exclusive product supplier of Dell in the territory of Russia, and, "says goodbye to "dellovsky" business". The event attracted great interest in the market. During the same period IBS won the tender for creation of an end-to-end information system for scientific research institute of neurosurgery of Burdenko. It was one of the Russia's first projects of complex automation of the operating medical institution.

In August, 1996. The division Banking and the IBS Trading systems implemented the first automation system of gas station (Lukoil gas Station). The company started implementation of the concept of "further development of areas of automation of service of individuals".

1997

In October, 1997 IBS presented complete solutions of the company on creation of corporate telecommunication solutions based on the equipment of Ericsson and also network solutions based on the equipment of global manufacturers: 3Com, Cisco, Newbridge, Mod-Tap, Legrand, Network General, etc.

1999

In March, 1999 IBS and analitiko-consulting company Gartner Group (USA) signed the agreement on providing to clients of IBS in Russia - to the largest Russian companies and government institutions - services in risks assessment for their information systems at approach of 2000.

2000

In 2000 the company implements the project, the first in the history of the Russian insurance companies, on R/3 system implementation for Zurich Insurance Company insurance company (Russia) Ltd.

2001

In January, 2001 IBS opened the new project - the information and analytical Russian-language web magazine consolidating information on the market of electronic business of B2B - b2b.ibs.ru. Besides, the beginning of year was marked by entry of the company into the Asian market. The agreement is signed with the Ministry of the Interior and Justice of the republic Mongolia on software development for creation of a system of state registration of real estate.

In May, 2001 IBS announced official opening of office and active development of the activity in Ukraine. In the same month IBS signed the partnership agreement with Intersertifika company, one of the leading centers of training and developments in the field of quality management. The companies were going to cooperate in the field of creation of the systems of quality management at the enterprises of Russia and the CIS, development of these systems and preparation them to certification in TUV CERT (Germany) on compliance to international standards ISO of series 9000:2000.

In June, 2001 IBS and the global Cable&Wireless telecommunication group announced the beginning of providing to the Russian and foreign companies of complex services in the scheme ASP (Application Service Providing) within the Data Fort joint project.

In August, 2001 IBS completed the first stage of the project on implementation at itself R/3 system of SAP AG company. Thus, IBS became the first company among the Russian system integrators, implemented at itself R/3 system without involvement of external consultants.

2002

At the beginning of 2002 IBS obtained the license of FSB for an implementation of works, the data connected with use which are the state secret.

In March, 2002 IBS and Intel, global manufacturer of microprocessors, opened in IBS Competence Center for promotion of corporate solutions on the Intel platform (including ERP systems, the CRM system, an information security system, the solution on the basis of Internet technologies, etc.).

In August, 2002 IBS was a part of consortium leading in the Russian market of information and software of the companies which won an open competition of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Russian Federation for creation on the Internet of the specialized information system "Government Portal". IBS as the general contractor had to exercise general management and also carrying out setup and information and analytical works.

In October, 2002 IBS developed the new integrated solution intended for process optimization of customer relations. The solution represented complex integration of call centers of the companies Cisco Systems and Nortel Networks and CRM system Siebel.

2003

In March, 2003 the company announced completion of development and the beginning of promotion on insurance market of new integrated solution of IBS Insurance. The solution is created based on an end-to-end system of management of financial and economic activity of Microsoft Business Solutions-Navision and the specialized solution for management of an insurance activity of the Icelandic company Landsteinar Iceland hf. During the same period the Data Fort project and IT company announced the beginning of providing commercial services in use of a personnel management system "BOSS-personnel officer" in the ASP mode (Application Service Provision). Then together with Oracle and Sun Microsystems the Data Fort project started the platform Fortest intended for debugging and software testing in the mode of remote access on the Internet.

In April, 2003 IBS developed a new, unique cluster solution based on the Hewlett-Packard Itanium II servers, the operating system of HP-UX 11i 1.6 and Oracle 9iRAC DBMS.

2004

In 2004 IBS sells the new strategy of work in the industry markets: the company focuses efforts and consolidates resources for quality improvement of work on target segments. In IBS the new structure focused on cooperation with the companies of consumer market actively develops. Besides, IBS starts new service in management of software licenses of Microsoft.

2005

In 2005 intensive development outsourcing the practician of the company continues. For the last three years of IBS implemented several tens of projects based on own data center. The company consolidated all internal resources on rendering outsourcing services and created the Center of outsourcing Data Fort. Parallel to IBS continued to develop project cooperation with a public sector. (projects for FTS, the Federal agency on IT, Federal State Statistics Service, the Ministry of Education and other public authorities). A number of large projects on creation of the Internet portals for the Russian President, the Government of the Russian Federation, Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, Ministry of Commerce and economic development of the Russian Federation is implemented, the electronic marketplace of a complex of architecture, construction, development and reconstruction of Moscow is created.

2006

In 2006 IBS continued to work in four key directions of business (management consulting, business applications, IT infrastructure, IT autsorising) and developed new practice – practice of industrial automation.

In April, 2006 Department of automation systems of production management. was created, strategies of IBS in the market of industrial automation and a portfolio of the integrated production solutions which entered are developed complex: production management systems (MES); management systems for the fixed business assets (EAM); systems of production planning; APCS systems; management systems for supply chains (SCM) and many other specialized solutions. Besides, in IBS the Competence Center on work with bank structures and development center of solutions for financial institutions is created.

1993: The first delivery of Dell

In March, 1993 IBS executed the first large-scale delivery of computers of Dell and other equipment to DIAM-bank. Actually is the beginning of development of the Russian brand name market of computers. In June IBS participated in the 4th International computer forum organized by MKK. Within the forum IBS and Dell held the first joint press conference. At it it was announced the new status IBS - the master-distributor of Dell who is completely defining the strategy of promotion of Dell on the Russian market. Besides, IBS signed the agreement with Mikroinform company under which each deliverable IBS computer of Dell is equipped with the latest version of the Lexicon text editor.

In August, 1993 the company won an open competition on hardware of a system of maintaining the Land Cadastre (the tender of STATE COMMITTEE ON LAND RESOURCES AND DEVELOPMENT). A system which needed to be constructed is unique in terms of the scope of - both technical, and geographical. IBS and Dell outstripped 22 computer companies, including HP, Compaq, IBM, etc.

1992: Foundation of the company

The history of the company began in 1992. Then Anatoly Karachinsky is the technical director of computer company "Intermikro" - made the decision to found new computer company "from scratch". IBS is official "Birthday" on November 2, that day the Information Business Systems company was formed (Information Business Systems - IBS). After Karachinsky Intermikro was abandoned by 12 specialists who formed the first structure of IBS. Already on November 3 the company signs 2 first contracts - with the Kolomna and Petty-bourgeois departments of the Moscow Bank of Sberbank of the Russian Federation on implementation Delta Bank - automation systems of service of private investors. On December 14 after long negotiations the first dealer agreement with Dell Computer Corporation company is signed.
