The group IT left on ECM- the market 17 years ago, having created own solution — an electronic document management system BOSS-Referent. The next years were the period of development of a product and implementation ECM experts which became one of the strongest in Russia. For example, the IT implemented the most large-scale project of automation of work in the country with documents in FTS: now in the EDMS constructed on the platform BOSS-Referent more than 120 thousand users work. In total for these years hundreds of the companies, among them Mobile TeleSystems (MTS) CK OF ROSNO, Federal Service for State Registration, Cartography and Cadastre (Rosreestr) Tele2 Russia, "Lukoil", "Bashneft" and many others became customers of IT in the ECM direction. In 2008 in IT Group for development of a partner network and a product line BOSS-Referent was created the company vendor of the same name.

Education in the spring of 2011 of the company "IT became logical continuation of strategy of gain of positions of IT in the market of ECM. Information management" — the consolidated team of the specialists implementing projects of creation of a document management system and unstructured information and also rendering a broad spectrum of consulting services. Now in staff of the new implementation and consulting company 192 employees — actually are one of the largest commands specializing in services in the field of ECM.

"IT. Information management" is engaged in consulting and implementation of the information systems of the class ECM directed to increase in efficiency of the business processes connected with sharing of information. Among such solutions of classical EDMS and system of specialized Document flow (insurance, financial and so forth), support systems of processes of rendering state services (solutions for MFC, a single window, etc.), electronic data warehouses and archives, the system of numerical and text analytics. Unique advantage of the consolidated command is existence of necessary competence in creation of the complex ECM systems for management of all corporate unstructured information, their integration into the existing IT infrastructure and customizations under specifics of processes of the customer. Specialists "IT. Information management" have extensive experience with products of the leading world and Russian developers: IBM, Microsoft, Red Hat, ABBYY, BOSS-Referent, DIRECTUM and others.

In January, 2012 the company completely was a part of the new company within group - Business Logic 2.0.
