LLC IC Ingosstrakh - Life is part of the INGO group and specializes in long-term life insurance, pension insurance and insurance against accidents and diseases. The company was separated from Ingosstrakh in 2003 in accordance with the legislative requirements for the separation of life insurance and life insurance companies.

History

In 2003, OSAO Ingosstrakh, in accordance with the legislative requirement to separate companies engaged in life insurance and other types of insurance, decided to establish Life Insurance Company LLC.

In 2004, the company changed its name to SK Ingosstrakh LMT.

In 2007, a new name is Ingosstrakh Life.

Ingosstrakh-Life is a member of the Committee for the Development of Life Insurance of the All-Russian Union of Insurers.

InWest-Polis Closed Joint Stock Company was formed as a result of the reorganization in the form of a transformation and is the successor of InWest-Polis Limited Liability Company, registered on May 23, 2003. Reorganization in the form of transformation into a closed joint-stock company was carried out on December 23, 2008.

CJSC InVest-Polis is a subsidiary of OSAO Ingosstrakh, the authorized capital is 3 518 907 655 rubles. Among the shareholders, the authorized capital is distributed as follows: OSAO Ingosstrakh - 99.99957%; LLC SK Ingosstrakh-Life - 0.00043%.
