2013

In July 2013, the new resident of the Ingria Business Incubator was the Mailigen.ru project, a division of Mailigen, which was included in the top ten world email marketing services. Having taken a strong position in the markets of Europe, Asia and the USA, the developer chose the Ingria Business Incubator as the entry point to the growing Russian market.

On June 25, 2013, the Ingria Technopark signed a partnership agreement with the Zhigulevskaya Dolina Innovation Center (Togliatti). The parties agreed to stimulate the quantitative and qualitative growth of small innovative companies, attract venture capital investments to support partner projects, and ensure communications between industry and the innovation environment.

2012

In 2012, the total revenue of residents of the Ingria business incubator amounted to 606 million rubles, which is 81% higher than the same indicator in 2011. For 4 years of Ingria's operation, the total revenue of residents has already exceeded 1.1 billion rubles, the business incubator told CNews.

In 2012, the average revenue per resident also increased from 2011 to RUB 7 million (vs RUB 6.1 million a year earlier). The largest revenue indicators were recorded by Texix, eLama, Speereo, DOC and LiveTex. In total, according to the results of 2012, 86 companies were residents in the incubator.

In 2012, a new direction was opened in the Ingria business incubator - the Technology Transfer Center. Its goal is to form new contacts between large companies and residents of the incubator, where the former can act as customers of innovative products and services from the latter. Among the companies that visited Ingria last year to consider individual projects are Sber Tech, Er-Telecom, Kirovsky Zavod, MegaLabs, Ericsson and others.

In 2012, the business incubator recorded an increase in another financial indicator - the volume of investments in resident projects, which amounted to 459 million rubles.

In 2012, construction stalled due to a conflict with the builders of residents of houses adjacent to the territory of the future technopark. In particular, playgrounds and 300 garages stood in the way of engineering communications. About one and a half thousand citizens acted as a united front, after which the construction project went for processing. After preparing a new project, he passed a complex agreement with all three HOAs bordering the section of the future[1] Technopark[2].
