The InterTrust company founded in 1994 — one of participants of the Russian market of automation of business processes, office-work and document flow. The company executes over 3,000 projects, more than 500,000 users daily work with documents using software products InterTrust.

In partnership with the listed InterTrust developers the software package, which part are exclusively certified according to security requirements (FSB of Russia, FSTEC of Russia), offers customers components of domestic development.

CompanyMedia, a flagship product InterTrust, represents a corporate system of management of documents, tasks and personal productivity. A system is provided by two main configurations: cross-platform CompanyMedia — based on Open Source and also a configuration on the IBM Domino/Notes platform. History

2016

InterTrust expands partner communications with the Russian developers specializing in oblasty Open Source. The agreement on cooperation is signed with Postgres Professional, the partnership purpose — joint promotion of application solutions based on EDMS CompanyMedia and DBMS PostgreSQL. The partnership agreement is signed with Kibertekhnika company, one of the main distributors OS Astra Linux Special Edition (it is certified by FSB of Russia and the Ministry of Defence). The company develops partnership with ALT Linux, Diasoft Platform, Relex and other Russian developers of infrastructure software.

2015

• The company was included into association of association of developers "Domestic Software".
• Partner agreements are signed with the leading domestic manufacturers of the basic software — companies "Alt Linux", "Diasoft Platform", "Relex", NPO Rusbitech and others. In cooperation with the listed developers the company proposes the software solution based on CompanyMedia 5, which part are exclusively certified according to security requirements (FSB of Russia, FSTEC of Russia), components of domestic development.

2014

• At the beginning of 2014 the InterTrust company obtained the license of FSTEC for activities for technical confidential information protection the Obtained license significantly expands a range of the IT services available to customers of InterTrust company.
• The InterTrust company confirmed compliance of a quality management system to requirements of GOST ISO 9001-2011.

2011

• In February, 2011 in the company the operating unit specializing in rendering services in the field of the organization of the protected and legally significant electronic document management - Competence Center of e-document flow and data protection is formed. Specialists of the new Center will render a range of necessary services: information inspection, formation of general requirements, development of offers and determination of structure of works on the organization of the protected and legally significant electronic document management; execution of works on the organization of the protected and legally significant electronic document management; commissioning and maintenance of a system of the protected and legally significant electronic document management.

1998

• In 1998 the company released the automation system of office-work, document flow and business processes of CompanyMedia focused on the companies of the sector of medium and large business. Specialists InterTrust performed about 3000 projects for the companies of different scales and fields of activity from which about 400 are unique custom developments. Our systems use in daily work of 40,000 heads and staff of the organizations more than in 60 regions of Russia, the CIS countries and foreign countries.

1994-1997

• In 1997 for good results of a company performance InterTrust the highest partner status of IBM - Premier Business Partner was given.
• In 1996 based on the company the Center of warranty technical support, today the oldest in Russia was open. Employees work with 300 organizations, providing maintenance services and software installation, developing projects of Notes-networks, rendering technical advices.
• In 1996 the company forms the Russia's first authorized Center of training IBM Lotus where more than 5000 specialists currently were trained. The staff of the Center writes 20 books on administration and development of Lotus Domino.
• In 1996 the InterTrust company became the business partner of IBM corporation, the world leader in information technology field, and began active development of systems of electronic document management on the Lotus Domino/Notes platform.
• The InterTrust company entered the Russian market in 1994, having released the electronic document management system (EDMS) of OfficeMedia focused on the small and medium enterprises. EDMS automated office-work, allowed to document and manage customer interaction, partners and contractors and also, supported work planning, control of execution of plans, provided control of some aspects of logistics of the enterprise.
