Launch of Zabbix Competence Center

The Zabbix competence center begins to work in Jet Infosystems. Within this area, the IT company will provide services for the design, implementation, development and support of monitoring based on the Open Source Zabbix system. It includes the infrastructure layer and software. In addition, the experts of Jet Infosystems also carry out business monitoring tailored to the individual IT needs of customers. This was reported to Jet Infosystems on April 23, 2024.

Support for Open Source solutions has become one of the most sought-after services among companies in recent years. The main driver of demand growth for open source products is the import substitution policy. Analysts of Jet Infosystems predict the preservation of high demand indicators.

IT company experts have been working with the Zabbix Open Source system for more than 10 years. As of April 2024, it is already used by Russian business and is quite functional. This allows you to cover the level of infrastructure and software, as well as refine the system for the IT needs of customers. The monitoring team's experience is not limited to Zabbix alone. Products such as Prometheus, Alertmanager, ELK, OpenSearch, Grafana, Redash are also used to comprehensively solve specialized problems. Over the years of partnership with customers, experts of Jet Infosystems have built health models for various information systems and equipment, taking into account many parameters. At the same time, they are universal and unique at the same time, since they can work in different IT landscapes and take into account the features of each IT infrastructure.

Monitoring is an accident prevention tool. With the help of Zabbix and the accompanying tools, we strive to cover as many parameters as possible. In addition, open source code allows you to modify the system for the individual needs of the customer. This approach ensures high availability of business services and minimizes downtime risk. When developing our solutions, we think not only about IT, but also about the end users of our customers' systems. In addition to these benefits for business, Jet Infosystems take over the maintenance of customized monitoring, reducing operational risks and operating costs, - said Mikhail Volotov, director of the Zabbix competence center.

Start the SAP Basis Competency Center

The SAP Basis competence center begins to work in Jet Infosystems. In this area, the IT company team provides services for SAP systems according to SAP PCoE (Partner Center of Expertise) standards. This was reported to Jet Infosystems on April 1, 2024.

The departure of SAP from the Russian market negatively affected the share of its decisions. However, according to experts from Jet Infosystems, as of April 2024, more than half of large companies in Russia still use SAP products in the IT landscape. In those sectors of the economy where there are no strict regulatory requirements for the transition to Russian solutions, business faces a problem - how to maintain the existing IT infrastructure. A ready-made solution in such a situation is a service partnership.

The direction of work with SAP appeared in the company "Jet Infosystems" back in 2008. For more than 15 years, the team has provided service support and IT outsourcing services to companies in different sectors of the economy. The accumulated expertise and a large team of specialists can ensure guaranteed quality at the manufacturer's level.

File:Aquote1.png
Despite the departure of SAP from the Russian market, most large companies in industry and retail continue to use vendor solutions in their IT landscape. The cost of downtime for this class of systems is difficult to underestimate. Non-working SAP, for example, in retail - this is at least the lack of the ability to re-order and deliver goods to the store, and at most - non-working cash desks. The ability to connect high-class experts in 24/7 mode to an accident at any time is a necessary minimum for business. said Sergey Khayurov, director of the SAP Basis competence center of Jet Infosystems. - Our team not only knows SAP, but also is able to support the vendor's products in their technological environment. We know that reducing downtime even by 10 minutes significantly reduces customer losses. Therefore, we work proactively: we analyze in detail each landscape, relationship, find and offer the optimal configuration for each system. This allows not only to qualitatively reduce downtime, but also to reduce the requirements for the IT infrastructure, which means to reduce costs.

Network Infrastructure Changes at TAdviser SUMMIT May 31

The main topics on the agenda of IT services are: operational assurance of the reliability and operability of the network infrastructure, study of ways to rationalize the use of existing equipment.

If there is a clear plan of action, then you can develop your network infrastructure with minimal risk and time. For example, even a simple redistribution of existing excess and equipment reserves allows you to significantly optimize the load.

Some companies have already begun to build long-term development strategies based on the range of available solutions and equipment manufacturers, as well as on existing service support capabilities. Experts' forecasts and current IT market trends presented at TAdviser SUMMIT on May 31 will help them in planning.

In the IT in Industry section, Sergey Andronov, Director of the Network Solutions Center of Jet Infosystems, will talk about the situation in the network equipment market, available vendors and how to maintain the operability of the existing infrastructure and create a working development strategy.

Participation in IT Infrastructure Day 2022

The success of many grandmasters lies in the ability to objectively see the situation on the chessboard, competently distribute the possibilities of pieces and think a few steps forward.

More recently, most companies have faced a new reality that has forced a different view of corporate IT infrastructure. There were risks of loss of functionality of existing equipment, possible suspension of technical support for implemented business systems, as well as difficulties in the configuration and scaling of networks. From the outside, it may look like a protracted chess game ― everything is confused, but not without confidence.

With the limitation of technical support, the question arose of the stability of the existing IT infrastructure, which had previously been adapted to business tasks and had a development plan for months or even years ahead. As in the game, it is now extremely important for companies to objectively look at the needs and capabilities of the equipment used, understand which solutions are interchangeable and which "IT figures" to emphasize. A real victorious gambit can be a change in architecture and "castling" of equipment.

Experts from Jet Infosystems have developed two services that will help companies objectively assess their IT infrastructure in order to solve urgent problems in the medium and long term. This is what Alexey Panteleev, Director of the Development Department of the Network Solutions Center "Jet Infosystems," will tell in his speech at the conference "IT INFRASTRUCTURE DAY 2022," which will be held on April 20 in Moscow.

Opening a Lab to Test and Adapt Delivery Automation and Application Protection Technologies

On June 4, 2020, Jet Infosystems announced the creation of a laboratory for testing and adapting delivery automation and application protection technologies. Within its walls, experts are testing platforms for managing containerized applications, protecting cloud environments, monitoring and other solutions. Investments in the creation of the laboratory amount to more than 10 million rubles.

DevSecOps practices allow you to quickly bring products to the market (time to market) and at the same time take into account all security aspects at the software development stage. Identifying and fixing bugs and vulnerabilities in the early stages of creating applications reduces the cost of developing them.

In the open laboratory of Jet Infosystems, experts test DevSecOps tools only on real customer cases: they study the logic of choosing certain IT products, their compatibility and effectiveness in solving their tasks. As of June 4, 2020, about 30 solutions based on Kubernetes, Red Hat OpenShift, VMware Tanzu, Rancher, Prisma Cloud, Helm, KUDO, Prometheus, HashiCorp are being tested at the booth. Special attention is paid to the organization of processes on the principles of DevSecOps.

The results obtained are collected into a library of solutions with the conditions of applicability of each of them. Thus, the company accumulates valuable knowledge and experience in the field of DevSecOps, which it already shares with its customers. Practical developments will allow customers to choose the optimal solutions and reduce the implementation time, as well as choose the most promising technologies that the laboratory will open for the Russian IT market.

File:Aquote1.png
We have just registered our developments in the field of DevSecOps in the laboratory, although we have been actively developing the direction for more than a year. And the results of this work have already become part of a number of projects in banks and insurance companies. At the beginning of June 2020, the activities of our DevSecOps Laboratory are primarily of interest to advanced customers using security methodology at all stages of application development. We also see interest in obtaining ready-made processes and tested solutions,
notes Alexander Krasnov, head of the DevSecOps Laboratory.
File:Aquote2.png

The creation of the DevSecOps Laboratory was made possible in Jet Infosystems thanks to a strong examination of all three vectors of this methodology - development information security and operation. In IT infrastructures 2019, the company implemented 47 development projects ON with a total value of 500 million rubles: From integration traditional systems with microservices to DWH storage, BI systems Data Lake and methodology. { DevOps hide} In terms of information security, Jets Infosystems is one of the TOP-3 of Russian integrators according to CNews Analytics. {/hide} Information security specialists of the company have developed their own framework for creating a comprehensive model for protecting containerization environments Jet Container Security Framework (JCSF).

Private and Hybrid Cloud Lab Opening

On March 26, 2020, Jet Infosystems announced the opening of a test laboratory for private and hybrid. to clouds The laboratory will be responsible for testing cloud solutions and automation tools IT infrastructures and will combine the experience of specialists in integrator building platforms for classical and, container applications development and. ON information security

The test laboratory was created in Jet Infosystems to help companies that need technologies to improve the manageability of the IT infrastructure and accelerate time to market. It is in these organizations that the tasks of budgeting IT costs and improving the manageability of development and testing environments arise. At the same time, modern approaches to development, for example, microservice architecture, are not always applicable for classic heavy applications. To provide them with the same flexibility and ease of deployment that containers provide, you need to improve the manageability of the classic IT infrastructure: quickly allocate test and development environments, manage their lifecycle, integrate with CI/CD tools and public clouds. Moving consumed IT resources to business units becomes critical. Hybrid cloud platforms can cope with these tasks. However, the choice is hampered by the fact that several dozen Cloud Management Platform products are represented in the IT market, and each has its own characteristics.

The tasks of the Jet Infosystems test laboratory include analyzing such platforms in order to offer companies products that are specifically suitable for their needs and use cases. The main goal: to create an extensive library of ready-made scenarios for solving typical automation problems, which will help companies reduce time costs for the implementation of projects and, as a result, reduce their cost.

The laboratory brings together specialists in a variety of technologies. They test cloud platforms with a dedicated booth where typical components of an enterprise's IT infrastructure - virtualization, DSS, networks, and automation tools - are deployed. The software is checked for the quality of integrations implemented out of the box, the flexibility of designing user services, the ability to generate reports and billing, and setting up the user interface.

File:Aquote1.png
The pace of technological development is dictated by strict rules - in order to be competitive in the market, it is necessary to bring new solutions into production as soon as possible and at the same time meet the requirements of continuity and security, - said Vyacheslav Medvedev, head of the department of cloud solutions and automation of the IT infrastructure of the Center for Design of Computing Complexes "Jet Infosystems." - The creation of a laboratory in which they understand how everything works "under the hood" in the infrastructure part, as well as are well versed in the topic of development processes - this is a long-overdue need rather than a sudden idea. Now we and a team of like-minded people have a tool for comprehensively developing projects for building scalable cloud platforms.
File:Aquote2.png

Scenarios tested in the Jet Infosystems laboratory:

  • Automate the allocation of computing power, including test and development environments
  • Accounting and control of use of own or leased resources (equipment/software)
  • Scale environments automatically, including using public clouds
  • Automation of infrastructure tasks taking into account the role model of a large enterprise (IT/information security/development)
  • Allocation and accounting of IT infrastructure costs
  • Market analysis and determination of applicability of new developments to solve IT problems

Revenue growth of 6.5%

Logo in 2017

The revenue of the integrator for the reporting period showed an increase of 6.5% and amounted to 20.4 billion rubles, while revenue growth in IT services amounted to 8%. Positive dynamics were achieved through the implementation of projects on comprehensive outsourcing, information security, custom development and a number of projects unique to the market both in scale and in the competencies involved in them. The most active customers of IT services were the financial and public sector, telecom, retail and industry. The staff of Jet Infosystems grew by 211 people over the year and amounted to 1,532 employees.

The business structure of Jet Infosystems did not undergo major changes in 2017: the largest share of the company's business is still integration solutions, service support and outsourcing, construction of data centers, design development, business solutions and information security.

  • Revenue from information security projects reached 3.9 billion rubles in 2017, exceeding 2016 figures by 26%. The largest growth was shown by the directions for combating fraud and countering targeted attacks, as well as expert consulting
  • Among the projects of the Center for Design of Computing Complexes "Jet Infosystems" in 2017 were several projects aimed at optimizing IT budgets by introducing software-configurable solutions (SDS).
  • The growth of 35% in the company's revenue structure was demonstrated by the Center for Software Solutions, which develops custom software.

Financial institutions continued to lead the company's revenue structure, showing an increase of 14%. A significant part of the completed projects in banks and insurance companies was associated with an increase in the efficiency of communications with customers. Such projects included the development of mobile applications with personalized offers for customers and the use of advanced analytics capabilities. The key technologies for solving such problems were BI, Big Data and Machine Learning.

Priority areas in the banking sector in 2017 were IT outsourcing and VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure). One of the largest implementations of VDI was implemented in a project for a large Russian bank, in which 14,000 employees were transferred to virtual workplaces in several dozen divisions throughout the country. The project made it possible to consolidate the management of computing resources, increase the level of security and simplify the procedure for operating workplaces, and the savings from the implementation, according to the customer's estimates, by 2020 will amount to 1.42 billion rubles.

Retailers, whose share in the company's structure increased by 19% at the end of 2017, also actively tested machine learning and artificial intelligence methods, and also worked to strengthen the efficiency of their online stores. Thus, M.Video managed to increase sales and conversion of visitors to buyers by several tens of percent, according to the customer's estimates. The result was achieved, among other things, by introducing a self-learning algorithm that analyzes customer preferences.

Innovative projects were implemented by the integrator and in the telecommunications market. For one of the leading mobile operators in Vietnam, Jet Infosystems has introduced a targeted communication platform with Jet Toolbar subscribers, which can increase the operator's profit by providing subscribers with services with added consumer value. A unique project for the Russian market was the creation of a virtual mobile operator Tinkoff Mobile, working on the Full MVNO model. In this project, the role in creating the infrastructure and data transfer software (network core) was assigned to Jet Infosystems.

Revenue growth from information security projects 26%

Revenue from information security projects reached 3.9 billion rubles in 2017, exceeding 2016 figures by 26%. The largest growth was shown by the directions for combating fraud and countering targeted attacks, as well as expert consulting.

A number of projects in 2017 were associated with the audit of information security systems. For example, the integrator conducted a comprehensive audit of the information security of the corporate and technological segments of the information infrastructure for the agro-industrial group of the Sodruzhestvo Group of Companies. The results allowed the company to increase the overall level of information security, including reducing the risks of disruption in system availability and ensuring production continuity.

The key for the integrator's information security direction was the creation of its own system for countering various types of fraud based on Jet Detective machine learning technologies.

Within the framework of the "Situation Centers" direction, an information and analytical system for supporting decision-making Jet Centurion (one of the key subsystems of any situation center), the Jet Pluton network intrusion detection complex and the Jet Signal information security management system were developed.

Insolvency of FSB claims

The Moscow military unit 43753, which is part of the FSB control circuit, twice failed to convince the judges that the IT company Jet Infosystems improperly executed two state contracts dated May 12, 2014 against it, concluded as part of the state defense order following the results of closed contests[2].

The total amount of claims amounted to 297.5 million rubles. The lawsuit was filed on December 6, 2016. Seven months later, on July 13, 2017, it was rejected by the Moscow Arbitration Court, and then, on November 10, the Ninth Arbitration Court of Appeal confirmed the legality of this decision.

Details about the problematic contracts and their amount are not publicly available, however, from the materials of the court it follows that they concerned the supply of sets of equipment for power supply, air conditioning, ventilation and fire extinguishing systems - with installation and commissioning.

According to RBC, the Federal State Treasury Institution "Military Unit 43753" is nothing more than the FSB Information Protection and Special Communications Center. The Center is engaged in licensing, including cryptographic equipment and helps the Central Election Commission (CEC) to transmit information about the voting results via secure communication channels.

Note that the National Research Center "Kurchatov Institute," specializing in nuclear research, was involved in the trial as a third party, but the reasons for this step were not explained in the court's conclusion.

Partnership

With Brain4Net in the field of creating SDN/NFV solutions

Jet Infosystems, a Russian system integrator, and Brain4Net, a Russian developer of IT infrastructure management systems based on the orchestration of the service life cycle, announced a partnership on September 28, 2017 to create ready-made commercial solutions in the field of software-defined networks (SDN) and network function virtualization (NFV ). It is planned that the systems will be available for testing in the integrator's own laboratory from October 2017.

Within the framework of the partnership, Jet Infosystems intend to offer their customers Russian architectural solutions in the field of SDN/NFV, which will help not only resolve the issue of sanctions, but also reduce capital investments and operating costs when building and developing data transmission networks.

Systems, first of all, will be of interest to telecom operators, service providers and large enterprises, since they combine network function virtualization, management and orchestration, including for multivendor networks.

The installation of solutions that companies jointly offer does not require the purchase of expensive specialized servers, since the system can be deployed on any x86 server hardware, partners say.

C Pure Storage over All-Flash DSS

On August 29, 2017, Jet Infosystems announced that it had become the first official partner in Russia of Pure Storage, a manufacturer of flash storage platforms. The integrator in his own laboratory conducts functional and load testing of the FlashArray//M demo system.

Already in September, customers of Jet Infosystems will be able to familiarize themselves with the test results and evaluate the capabilities of Pure FlashArray//M storage system (DSS) to solve their business problems. Several pilot projects have already been planned for financial and trade organizations.

File:Aquote1.png
We actively develop competencies in the field of All- lash DSS and monitor key players in this segment, including Pure Storage. With the arrival of this vendor in Russia, our company was the first to acquire the FlashArray//M demo system - even before it appeared in the official office. Now our customers will be able to get acquainted with the product and conduct testing together with our experts, - said Vladimir Belyaevsky, head of DSS at Jet Infosystems. - Together with the vendor, we will offer companies comprehensive IT systems with a new level of performance, fault tolerance and ease of use, which will overcome a whole layer of storage problems.
File:Aquote2.png

Customers are offered the Innovation Subscription product ownership model. During the service contract period, all new software functions of the array are provided to customers free of charge, and every three years the manufacturer replaces outdated controllers with modern ones. Any upgrades, including the transition to the next generation of controllers, are made "on the go" and do not require re-purchase of capacity.

According to the integrator, the vendor will be able to radically change the attitude of Russian customers to All-Flash solutions, as has already happened in the USA and Europe. Pure Storage technologies initially take into account all the features of working with solid-state memory, and not with mechanical drives. Among the features of the solutions are compression and deduplication, which are originally built into the mechanisms for working with data. In addition, customers get access to the cloud-based proactive Pure1 monitoring service.

With Nvidia on VDI solutions

Jet Infosystems announced at the beginning of the year that it had received official Nvidia partner status for 3D graphics and multimedia acceleration solutions in VDI environments . The integrator portfolio already has productive and pilot implementations of the vendor's computing systems. The use of graphics adapters allows you to organize in the VDI infrastructure the work of even such demanding categories of users as designers, architects, scientists, 3D designers, etc.

VDI technology for remote work with heavy, graphics-rich applications is only developing on the Russian market - the number of installations is still small. According to experts from Jet Infosystems, the demand for these solutions will grow in the coming years, as will the VDI infrastructure. Currently, organizations use expensive high-performance PCs to run super-loaded applications (for example, modeling and visualization systems). However, in this case, it is impossible to dynamically allocate resources between users, and each workstation has limitations on increasing computing power and memory.

"Our company has many years of expertise in deploying virtualized workplaces. Today we can say unequivocally that from a technological point of view there are no obstacles to the transfer of CAD/CAM and other resource-intensive user systems to the VDI infrastructure. Using VDI allows you to flexibly allocate centralized computing resources, including resources provided by GPU accelerators. With this approach, it is much easier and cheaper to deploy and administer new workplaces compared to the classic method, when each employee is allocated their own local workstation. Thus, the consolidated IT infrastructure of the enterprise allows organizing the work of an employee of any profile by preparing an appropriate AWS for him, "‒ said Andrei Konovalov, head of the virtualization department of Jet Infosystems.

Jet Infosystems has implemented several pilot implementations of Nvidia graphics accelerators in the virtualized infrastructure of aviation industry, defense complex, and fuel and energy complex enterprises. A project was also implemented using Nvidia Tesla computers (formerly the GRID platform) in the VDI environment to unload central processors when processing large volumes of video content. This is another option for using the capabilities of graphics accelerators in the IT infrastructure [3]

2016

Revenue growth of 16.8%

In 2016, the revenue of Jet Infosystems amounted to 19.182 billion rubles, an increase of 16.8% compared to 2015. In the ranking " TAdviser100: The largest IT companies in Russia" at the end of 2016, the company "Jet Infosystems" took 16th place.

Grid Technology Competence Center

In November 2016, Jet Infosystems announced the creation of a "Competence Center" for Grid technologies (Grid is a form of distributed computing, that is, based on a geographically distributed computing infrastructure that allows a very large number of operations). It is organized as a new division within the company. The work of the center started with three projects. One of the first to start developing this promising area, the company expects to occupy more than 20% of the Russian market for Grid-based application systems.

The head of the competence center Dmitry Sergeyev explained that large businesses from different industries began to be actively interested in Grid solutions. These are, first of all, banks, telecom operators, retailers, insurance companies.

According to Gartner's forecast, by 2018 the global grid computing market will exceed $1 billion, with an annual growth of 20%. According to Jet Infosystems, the Russian Grid market in 2016 will amount to about $10 million and will grow annually by about 15-17%.

At the same time, there are practically no ready-made "box" products on the market and few trained people (both developers and specialists in supporting distributed systems), says Dmitry Sergeyev.

Therefore, Jet Infosystems decided to create such a competence center in order to first study existing solutions, and then develop typical configurations for large businesses. In addition, the company plans to train and certify specialists, as well as advise on Grid technologies (in addition, it is planned to develop related areas on the basis of the center - machine learning, predictive analytics and BI, Big Data, OLTP).

File:Aquote1.png
We are focused on developing. But using the maximum solutions of vendors such as GridGain, - explained Dmitry Melnikov, development manager of the Jet Infosystems software solutions center.
File:Aquote2.png

Jet Infosystems has already tested solutions from manufacturers such as GridGain, Mail.Ru Group, Reverbrain, Oracle, etc. Three integrator developers were trained by GridGain. In total, 10 people are now working in the competence center.

Existing technologies based on Grid, which are studied and tested in the competence center (from the presentation "Jet Infosystems")

Jet Infosystems began its introduction to the Grid market with three projects. As TAdviser found out, the customer of all three is Sberbank.

OLTP system

In August 2016, the company's specialists, as a pilot project, created an OLTP system (Online Transaction Processing) for Sberbank based on the GridGain product. The system processes about 20 thousand transactions per second. On a cluster of 7 servers, we managed to achieve a performance of 1.7 billion transactions per day.

File:Aquote1.png
It is enough to connect a new server, after which the performance increases linearly, - noted the advantages of technology Dmitry Melnikov.
File:Aquote2.png

Yandex.Disk for Corporations

Together with Reverbrain (it was created by immigrants from Yandex, where they made Yandex.Disk), Jet Infosystems are working on creating a corporate version of distributed data storage for large businesses. The solution is based on open source software and involves working on commodity servers. Intelligent file distribution between SSD and HDD drives optimizes storage costs.

File:Aquote1.png
This is a conditional Yandex.Disk for corporations, says Dmitry Melnikov. - Our system, depending on the load on a particular file, is automatically configured to distribute these files in the most optimal way and thereby reduce the cost of operating the system.
File:Aquote2.png

The company does this project to practice and gain experience in distributed storage of information. Within six months, the developers plan to come to a specific proposal and begin implementation.

Processing system

Jet Infosystems won a competition at the end of October 2016 to develop a processing system for Sberbank's new IT platform, which is created using Grid solutions. The project is designed for 2 years, the contract amount is 198 million rubles (more about the project - here).

File:Aquote1.png
Having this project in the portfolio of the center, we will occupy more than 20% of the Russian market for applied systems built on the basis of Grid technologies, - said Dmitry Melnikov.
File:Aquote2.png

In Russia, several vendors are developing software for Grid solutions. First of all, this is GridGain, on the basis of the technology of which Sberbank is building its new platform. The development of Mail.Ru Group under the name Tarantool was introduced by VimpelCom. Reverbrain's solution is used in the Coub project (short looped videos) and in the Russian search engine Sputnik. Grid solutions are developed by vendors such as Hazelcast (the solution is used in the "National Payment Card System"), Oracle, Redis Labs and others.

"Jet Infosystems" is authorized by BSI for business continuity consulting, information security and ITSM

The British Standards Institution (BSI) confirmed in the spring of 2016 the status of Jet Infosystems as a member of the Associate Consultant Program (ACP).

During the visit, BSI specialists evaluated the consulting activities of the company according to ISO 22301 (business continuity), ISO 27001 (information security) and ISO 20,000-1 (ITSM) standards. The existence of ACP status confirms the company's ability to provide consulting services on the implementation of these international standards with an appropriate level of professionalism and quality.

For each of the three areas, both the implemented consulting projects and the qualifications of the consultants themselves were evaluated. BSI experts conducted a number of interviews with specialists from Jet Infosystems, reviewed work experience, skills and education. The auditors paid special attention to the organization of project activities processes, issues of concluding contracts and preparing technical assignments, practices of interaction with clients.

2015

The direction of protection of web services "Jet Infosystems" showed growth

The most significant growth in 2015 was shown by the direction of protection of Web services, including the protection of mobile applications. The turnover on it increased by more than 5 times, which is explained by the massive development of online business in companies in various industries and, as a result, the need to ensure protection against illegitimate actions of fraudsters.

The direction of network security increased by 33%. This happened, on the one hand, in the wake of import substitution (replacing products included in the "sanctions list" with recommended analogues), on the other, due to the growing popularity of Next Generation solutions with advanced functionality.

The turnover in the direction of managing the rights of administrators and privileged users increased by 50%. This is due to a reduction in the costs of companies for their own personnel and an increase in the practice of involving outsourcing organizations in the maintenance of information systems.

The first contracts appeared in the direction of protection against targeted attacks. The growth driver, first of all, was the awareness of companies of real losses from this type of fraud - isolated cases grew into a significant number of targeted attacks with noticeable damage. The last argument that finally convinced the business of the need to introduce such solutions was the situation with the massive withdrawal of funds from bank correspondent accounts to the Central Bank of the Russian Federation. If in 2014 the Jet Infosystems company had only a few customers for these works, now we can talk about a large number of requests on this topic.

Significant changes occurred in the structure of fraud protection solutions - the share of expert work increased by 2 times, such as the description of fraud schemes, the development of control procedures, countermeasures algorithms, the detection of anomalies in the transaction pool, etc. The focus from the analysis of the RBS channel of legal entities has shifted towards the analysis of transactions of individuals and the creation of cross-channel anti-fraud systems. This has become especially important for credit and financial institutions and companies using loyalty programs.

Compared to 2014, the demand for consulting increased by more than 30%. From the theoretical plane, the topic of creating processes around information security, integrating information security systems with the company's business processes and developing an information security strategy has moved into practical. This had the greatest impact on SOC, DLP, and IdM implementation projects.

The share of F5 solutions in infrastructure information security projects of Jet Infosystems reached 15% in 2015, and the total number of implementations using the F5 platform increased 5 times in a year and a half.

In 2015, the company launched a service to protect Web services using WAF (Web Application Firewall) technology based on its own virtual data center (VDDC). It is intended for organizations that place business-critical services in a virtual data center, such as online stores, trading platforms, Bank-Client systems, online portals, etc. The service provides an integrated approach that includes protection against DDoS attacks and specialized protection against attacks at the application level.

TAdviser interview

In April 2015, representatives of the company gave an interview to the TAdviser portal.

2014: The company's turnover in the field of information security - 2.2 billion rubles.

According to the results of 2014, a number of industry trends were revealed: retail and fuel and energy complex showed noticeable positive dynamics, as well as power structures ‒ the number of projects in these industries increased by 1.5, 1.8 and 2 times, respectively.

Retailers, in addition to anti-fraud systems, are also in demand for application protection solutions and an access control system (IdM). Power structures, in addition to traditional and natural compliance issues for this sector, began to pay significant attention to ensuring the real security of their systems. Fuel and Energy Complex enterprises are interested in IdM systems and the creation of incident processing centers (SOC).

According to experts from Jet Infosystems, the growth of the security market in Russia can reach 30% annually over the next 3 years. The main key factors that will ensure such dynamics are:

  • active automation of business security processes, interfacing information security systems with analytical systems and tools that allow conducting operational and multi-stage verification of counterparties, in-depth analysis of the actions of own employees, privileged users, etc.;
  • development of online services and, as a result, comprehensive protection of web applications and services;
  • high activity of organized criminal groups working in the field of IT;
