2019: Opening of technopark Kvantorium
In December, 2019 in Omsk based on the regional station of young technicians the children's technopark Kvantorium opened. Organization represents the modern educational complex on Pyotr Osminin Street, 34 intended for training of children in engineering sciences.
Kvantorium is the platform of additional education created for assistance to the accelerated technical development of children and implementation of scientific and technical potential of the Russian youth. In learning process children invent and test the new solutions developed using a specialized software and the equipment.
Creation of children's technoparks supervises FGAU "Fund of New Forms of Development of Education". The complex is created within the regional draft "Success of Each Child" of the national Education project. In technopark not less than 800 children a year will be able to study free of charge.[1]
