Lokomotivnye tekhnologii LLC manages the assets providing service, repair, upgrade and transfer to leasing of locomotives, production of nodes and parts for the enterprises of railway mechanical engineering.

History and performance indicators
Creation of Lokotekh — EMD and Lokotekh — DD branches based on Zheldorremmash
On February 19, 2019 the Lokotekh Group reported that it created two branches - "Lokotekh — the Electromachine Division" ("Lokotekh – EMD") and "Lokotekh – the Diesel division" ("Lokotekh – DD"). These structures are created based on JSC Zheldorremmash which is under control of Group. Read more here.
Over 3 billion rubles are going to be aimed at the development of the lokomotivoremontny plants
The Lokotekh group in 2019 is going to aim more than 3 billion rubles at the development of the lokomotivoremontny plants of JSC Zheldorremmash. Means of an investment program will be aimed at providing execution of the growing production order from JSC RZD.
In particular, it is expected that the production investment program of the Ulan-Ude LVRZ will make more than 600 million rubles, the Chelyabinsk ERZ — more than 200 million rubles, the Ussuriysk LRZ — more than 500 million rubles, the Yaroslavl ERZ — more than 400 million rubles, Rostov - on - Don ERZ – more than 60 million rubles.
Within an investment program of 2019 implementation, received start in 2018 will be continued and also a number of large new initiatives is begun. In particular, on the Astrakhan TRZ mastering of TED ED133/EDU133, on the Orenburg LRZ — mastering of an average and an overhaul of TEP70 and 2TE116 locomotives and also mastering of repair of the diesel D49 will continue.
At the Ussuriysk lokomotivoremontny plant expansion of capacities of lokomotivosborochny plant, increase in release of electrical machines, diesels, wheel pairs is planned. On the Chelyabinsk ERZ mastering of repair of the VL80 and 2ES4K series, on the Yaroslavl ERZ — mastering of repair of an electric locomotive of EP1, increase in release of electrical machines, wheel pairs will continue.
Besides, at the Lokotekh plants implementation of a number of initiatives in the field of automation, technology and strategic development is supposed.
In total till 2020 within accomplishment of an investment program implementation more than 1 thousand actions directed to upgrade and increase in efficiency of production process of the plants is planned.
286.9 million rubles are directed to Zheldorremmash to social payments
The Lokotekh group in 2018 directed more than 286.9 million rubles to implementation of social privileges and guarantees to employees of JSC Zheldorremmash (enters in Lokotekh) according to the collective agreement, having completely fulfilled obligations to employees. Read more here.
801.2 million rubles are selected to LocoTech Service for social privileges and guarantees
The Lokotekh company in 2018 directed 801.2 million rubles to implementation of social privileges and guarantees to workers LocoTech Service (enters into Lokotekh Group) according to the Collective agreement, having completely fulfilled obligations to collectives. Lokotekh reported about it on March 20, 2019.
In 2018 within implementation of the Collective agreement compensation for expenses on payment of fare transport LocoTech Service and to members of their families 153.6 million rubles, were directed to railway workers to one-time encouragement at dismissal and in connection with retirement — 110.2 million rubles, on voluntary medical insurance — 131.9 million rubles.
Besides, on improvement of conditions and labor protection 217 million rubles, were directed to providing workers with individual protection equipment — 245 million rubles.
The average salary in service locomotive depots in 2018 was 39.7 thousand rubles that for 3% it is more than 2017.
In 2018 more than 10 thousand workers LocoTech Service had training, retraining and advanced training.
As explained in Lokotekh, the collective agreement for employees of LocoTech Service LLC was signed in December, 2016 for a period of 3 years.
Investment more than 300 million rubles into development of "green technologies"
The Lokotekh group announced on March 14, 2019 that in 2018 it directed more than 300 million rubles to implementation of different actions in the field of ecological development.
As Pavel Morozov told, the managing director for production security and interaction with control supervisory authorities Lokotekh, the most topical issue for group is interaction in the field of protection of water resources and service of treatment facilities. As of March 14 to LocoTech Service (enters into Lokotekh group) 111 treatment facilities are transferred to the control. In 2018 monitoring of their status was carried out, the plan of repair and reconstruction of a number of objects is made.
Besides, in 2018 Lokotekh approved environmental policy. It is developed on the basis of the standard of the GOST P 55834-2013 series (Resource-saving. The requirement to documentation at production. Environmental policy of the enterprise) and GOST P ISO 14000-2016 (System of ecological management. Requirements and application guide).
According to the top manager, Lokotekh aims to make a contribution to creation of a favorable ecological situation and the best state of environment. For achievement of this purpose the company supports system implementation of ecological management and observance of requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of environmental protection.
3.4 thousand sections of locomotives are repaired
The Lokotekh enterprises in 2018 produced about 3.4 thousand sections of locomotives from repair that is 8% more than an indicator for 2017. The largest volume of repair executed the Ulan-Ude lokomotivovagonoremontny plant (944 sections), Rostov - on - Don the elektrovozoremontny plant (564 sections), the Chelyabinsk elektrovozoremontny plant (558 sections) and the Ussuriysk lokomotivoremontny plant (the 337th section).
Mastering of medium repairs of locomotives in the service locomotive depots (SLD), wheel couples and traction engines of electric locomotives of EP1 and 3ES5K on the Ulan-Ude LVRZ became achievement.
LocoTech Service branches in 2018 executed the program of repair in volume of SR (medium repair) for 180% - at the plan 222 sections are repaired 403 sections. It is 240% more than an indicator of 2017.
Let's note that in 2018 repair in full of SR of engines of new EP1 series in SLD Kansk-Ilansky, 2TE116U in SLD Tyumen, Yershov, Sarepta, ChS4T in SLD Kirov-Vyatka is mastered. Repair of SR with replacement of the 10D100 diesel by D49 in SLD of Unecha is mastered.
The number of failures on LocoTech Service on 1 million km of a run decreased by 8%. The number of not scheduled repairs on responsibility of the company decreased by 9%.
The key indicator - availability quotient to operation (KGE) - for 2018 is executed at the level of 0.895 (89.5%) that corresponds to a plan target. Most effectively fulfilled Moscow 0.906 (90.6%), Youzhny 0.905 (90.5%), East Siberian 0.904 (90.4%) and Northern branches 0.904 (90.4%).
The maintenance of the operated park by LocoTech Service branches in 2018 increased by 3.4% and made 3,840 sections on locomotives and 8,727 sections on electric locomotives.

The point of maintenance of locomotives in Ussuriysk after reconstruction is received
The Lokotekh group announced on July 6, 2018 receiving in management after reconstruction of the point of maintenance of locomotives (PML) in Ussuriysk. It is supposed that an object will become a part of the service locomotive depot (SLD) of Sibirtsevo of Dalnevostochny branch of LocoTech Service company.
Construction works were carried out "By Bamstroymekhanization management company. More than 800 million rubles of investments of JSC RZD were directed to reconstruction.
The existing PTOL at the station Ussuriysk constructed in 1980 was intended for maintenance of TO-2 2nd to section locomotives, and worked at a limit of design capacity. After reconstruction the point of maintenance of locomotives considerably expanded the production cycle and increased work volumes, told in Lokotekh Group.
The main specialization PTOLA is maintenance on cycle TO-2 up to 15 thousand 600 sections in a year of locomotives of different series and also TO-2 of electric locomotives of series 3ES5K up to 1 thousand 800 sections a year with simultaneous equipment.
At the same time these indicators consider perspective volumes of transportations for the cargo locomotives servicing sections Ussuriysk — Grodekovo — Suifenhe, Ussuriysk — Gvozdevo — Hassan, explained in group.
For accomplishment of the planned amount of works according to specifications three ditches through passage at the rate of service of 3 section locomotives, two ditches — for service of locomotives and one — combined, for service of locomotives and electric locomotives are provided.
Thus, PTOL in Ussuriysk will allow to provide uninterrupted railway communication by the Far East railroad in the conditions of growth of volume of transportations.
The volume of the investment program of the plants is increased by 2.5 times
The Lokotekh group increased the volume of an investment program of the plants of JSC Zheldorremmash for 2018 by 2.5 times to 3.1 billion rubles.
Including the volume of the investment program of the Ulan-Ude LVRZ is more than 380 million rubles, the Orenburg LRZ — more than 300 million rubles, the Chelyabinsk ERZ — more than 150 million rubles, the Yaroslavl ERZ — more than 230 million rubles, Rostov - on - Don ERZ — 170 million rubles.
On these means, in particular, it is supposed to continue mastering of repair of locomotives of series 2TE116 with the diesel Д49(1А-9ДГ) on the Orenburg LRZ, mastering of repair of electric locomotives of EP1 series on Yaroslavl and 2ES4K — on the Chelyabinsk ERZ, to increase volumes of repairs of electric locomotives of EP1 series on the Ulan-Ude LVRZ, to begin repair mastering with the diesel Д49(1А-9ДГ) on the Astrakhan TRZ, to continue increase in production volumes of stalebabbitovy inserts on the Ulan-Ude LVRZ and other actions.
Implementation of a large-scale investment program will allow to re-equip and upgrade production capacities of the plants that, as expected, will lead to quality improvement of repair work, will contribute to the development of a lokomotivoremontny complex and will have a positive impact on a status of the park of the traction rolling stock of Russian Railways. Besides, updating of the equipment will help to increase performance at the enterprises due to improvement of working conditions.
In total till 2020 within accomplishment of an investment program implementation more than 640 actions directed to upgrade and increase in efficiency of productive activity of the plants is planned.
Over 804 million rubles are selected to LocoTech Service for social payments
The Lokotekh group in 2017 directed 804.3 million rubles to implementation of social privileges and guarantees to employees of LocoTech Service LLC (enters into Lokotekh Group) according to the collective agreement, having completely fulfilled obligations under the document.
In 2017 within the collective agreement signed in December, 2016 for a period of 3 years on the organization of journey 137.8 million rubles, were directed to employees of LocoTech Service and members of their families and also unemployed pensioners to one-time encouragement at dismissal and in connection with retirement — 98 million rubles, to voluntary medical insurance — 147.8 million rubles.
Besides, on improvement of conditions and labor protection 261.2 million rubles, were directed to providing workers with individual protection equipment — 260.5 million rubles.
The average salary in service locomotive depots in 2017 was 38.4 thousand rubles, with growth by 2016 for 7.4%.
In 2017 more than 8 thousand employees of service locomotive depots had training, retraining and advanced training.
The collective agreement for employees of LocoTech Service LLC was signed in December, 2016 for a period of 3 years.
Revenue increased by 14% to 105.2 billion rubles
- According to the Russian accounting standards (RAS) the consolidated revenue Lokotekh under RAS in 2017 increased by 14% to 105.2 billion rubles in comparison with an indicator for 2016.
- Including revenue of JSC Zheldorremmash in 2017 made 41.2 billion rubles that is 24.47% more, than the previous year. Revenue of LocoTech Service LLC reached 67.9 billion rubles that is 8.64% higher, than in 2016.
- At the end of 2017 the amount of the taxes paid in budgets of all levels was 9.8 billion rubles against 9 billion rubles the previous year.
The volume of the investment program of the plants — 1.3 billion rubles.
The investment program of the plants for 2017 made more than 1.3 billion rubles. On these means the different modern equipment and means of defectoscopy was purchased, equipment is carried out by the fire warning of sections and workshops of the plants, reconstruction of a roof, project works on upgrade of manufacturing treatment facilities, etc. are carried out.
The record number of locomotives from repair in 5 years
- The Zheldorremmash plants in 2017 released from repair of 2988 sections of locomotives that is 18% more than an indicator for 2016 (2451 locomotives). It is record level from 2013.
- The largest volume of repair the Ulan-Ude LVRZ (871 section), the Chelyabinsk ERZ (the 687th section), Rostov - on - Don executed ERZ (467 sections) and the Ussuriysk LRZ (301 sections).
- Mastering of repair of EP1, EP1P and E5K locomotives – the Ulan-Ude LVRZ, 2TE116 - the Orenburg LRZ, 2ES4K – the Chelyabinsk ERZ and Vl80s – the Yaroslavl ERZ became important achievement.
- In 2017 the Zheldorremmash plants set several production records at once. So, the Ulan-Ude LVRZ in December released 104 sections of locomotives from repair, having set a new record on release. The Chelyabinsk ERZ released from repair in December - 82 sections of electric locomotives.
- LocoTech Service branches in 2017 also coped with the production program on repair and service maintenance of the traction rolling stock. On locomotives 56,022 sections or 100.5%, on electric locomotives – 51,499 sections or 100.7% of the program are released.
- The program of repair of inline equipment is executed in SLD LocoTech Service LLC for 100% - 82,135 units are repaired.
- The number of failures on LocoTech Service on 1 million km of a run decreased by 8%. The number of not scheduled repairs on responsibility of the company decreased by 9%.
- The key indicator - availability quotient to operation (KGE) - for 2017 on network of service locomotive depots made 0.894 (89.4%) at a plan target 0.870 (87%). Most effectively fulfilled East Siberian 0.916 (91.6%), Moscow 0.908 (90.8%) and Western Branches 0.901 (90.1%).
- The maintenance of the operated park by LocoTech Service branches for 2017 increased by 1% and made 3,777 sections on locomotives and 8,381 sections on electric locomotives.
2015: Revenue — 86 billion rubles
The consolidated revenue of the managed assets for 2015 under RAS made 86 billion rubles.
At the end of 2015 "Locomotive technologies" were included into the most authoritative ratings of Russia:
- The 80th place in the rating of "200 largest private companies of Russia" according to the Forbes magazine;
- The 126th place in the rating of "500 largest companies of Russia" according to the RBC magazine;
