Developer of a universal IT system of management of programs of loyalty for banks, retail (drugstores, food, clothes. Loymax will help to implement loyalty program model: individual, partner or coalition, with any type of encouragement of clients.

History

The company exists since 2008. In the 2011th the main product — the platform for management of programs of loyalty was born. The idea grew from the need to integrate diverse networks of retail within the uniform tool, with caution on the loyalty program of Netcar and Tesco Clubcard. Regarded universality as of paramount importance: it was important to combine scopes of application that one product satisfied requirements of network of cafe, gas station, enterprises from HoReCa, drugstores, DIY, FMCG, fashion, etc., considering features of each direction. At first tried to find the suitable solution in the market, but in someone else's tools did not arrange feature set, flexibility and other[1].

It was taken off in the market of Tomsk. In October the 2012th was connected by 12 Tomsk networks. By the end of the 2013th the total volume of the active customer base was already more than 70% of the population of Tomsk. The Loymax platform also grew from this prototype. In 2019 in the company it is more than 100 employees: developers, QA specialists, support engineers, managers, etc.
