According to information as of October 2017, ROTEK JSC is an industrial holding part of the Renova Group of Companies. It provides servicing of gas and steam turbines, production of power equipment, provides engineering services and develops a number of high-tech projects in various industries, including power engineering, energy storage and storage systems, prognostics and remote monitoring of the state of industrial equipment.

2015: Creation of a full cycle of parts of the hot path of power gas turbines

According to information as of September 2015, the company develops technology and creates the production of a full cycle of parts of the hot path of power gas turbines (EGT). The new production will meet the needs of Russian generating companies in the components necessary for service and repair of energy equipment.

In Russia, there are no relevant technologies, therefore, all lines for the restoration and creation of components of the hot path of large EGTs (more than 45 MW) of foreign production. The implementation of the project will help localize the full cycle of maintenance of such gas turbines in the country and successfully compete with foreign companies in service services. The effect will be a decrease in dependence on imports and, as a result, an increase in the country's energy security.

It is planned to create 204 new jobs. The total cost of the project is 3.4 billion rubles, the loan of the Industrial Development Fund may amount to 676 million rubles and will be aimed at developing design and technological documentation.
