In CENTRAL BANK particular, for their painless passage, the NPF plans to sell the leasing company. " Transfin-M According to one of Kommersant's interlocutors close to the fund, the exit from Maxima Telecom is also largely related to the passage of stress testing by NPFs.

The transaction to buy out TFG's stake was closed after the allocation of Maxima Telecom 's advertising business to a joint venture with Gazprom-Media Holding, created in June 2019.
