Earlier in October 2023, the former Deputy Minister of Health of Dagestan Mazai Ramazanov, dismissed in January 2022, was arrested in the case of receiving bribes in the amount of more than 87 million rubles. By the beginning of June 2022, a number of necessary operational-search measures and investigative actions are being carried out aimed at identifying other members of the group and other facts of illegal activities, the Ministry of Internal Affairs said.[3]
