2019

The MCC GLONASS will equip buses and trucks with the equipment of satellite navigation and monitoring

GLONASS company MCC announced on July 1, 2019 that it will equip buses and motor transport involved in transportation of dangerous loads, the special equipment of satellite navigation and monitoring according to order of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 153 which is coming into effect since July 1st, 2019 and SIM cards of JSC GLONASS.

Since July 1st, 2019 all data on movements of the buses and trucks equipped with orange flashing indicators will be transferred to the GAIS system ERA-GLONASS, Rostransnadzor and also to the owner transport in real time. Department emphasizes that this measure is caused by security issues of passengers and participants of traffic: in case of serious road accident it is possible to define precisely location of participants and to investigate circumstances of incident.

According to forecasts of experts, satellite online monitoring will allow to reduce quantity of lethal outcomes by 18-22% and also to arrange relationship of market participants in the transport sphere.

The right on behalf of JSC GLONASS to sign agreements on identification

In the middle of June, 2019 Mobilnye Sputnikovye Sistemy LLC and JSC GLONASS signed the agreement under which MCC has the right on behalf of JSC GLONASS to sign agreements on identification (to issue special SIM cards), to equip vehicles with special navigation equipment (ASN), to provide access to monitoring these owners of cars according to programs ASM AYR and "the MCC GLONASS" and also to transfer monitoring data to any software at the request of the owner of the car.

Thus, the MCC GLONASS was included into limited number of the operators who got permission to this type of activity.

2013

GLONASS company MCC (Mobile Satellite Systems) as one of operators in the market of telematics, within the all-Russian implementation of order No. 20 of 12/26/2012 the Ministries transport of the Russian Federation (about obligatory equipment by the equipment of satellite navigation of GLONASS or GLONASS/GPS some means of transport) is going to start the program for equipment by the system of satellite monitoring of transport with attraction of small and medium business.

GLONASS company MCC (Mobile Satellite Systems) expressed in September, 2013 the intention to bring the control over the Russian market of services in satellite monitoring of motor transport to 30%. The term delivered by the management of corporation for implementation of so ambitious task is determined by the beginning of 2017.

GLONASS company MCC offers in the market to telematics the system of satellite monitoring based on GLONASS for 4,500 rubles with the recommended price of installation of a system for motor transport for partners of the program no more than 2,000 rubles. The monitoring system from GLONASS company MCC allows to perform complex monitoring of transport. It allows not only to lay a route, to find different objects on the card, to trace traffic jams, but also to provide the report for work of the different systems of the car; a system creates reports on a run, fuel consumption, the high-speed mode and style of driving.

According to this program as small enterprises (including SP), and medium business (the autodealer centers) will be able to participate in mastering of the money allocated for equipment by the systems of satellite monitoring of motor transport based on GLONASS.

Individual entrepreneurs, car services and the autodealer centers will be able to organize at the capacities installation of the systems of satellite monitoring of motor transport based on GLONASS and to earn from installation and the subsequent service of monitoring systems.

According to GLONASS company MCC, about 900,000 units are subject to obligatory equipment by the systems of satellite monitoring of GLONASS. The amount of money which will be able to receive the enterprises which will be engaged in installation of the systems of satellite monitoring will be about 2 billion rubles.

According to forecasts of specialists of the MCC GLONASS till 2020 in the market of telematics more than 200 billion rubles will be spent. It is huge money, a part from which by means of the GLONASS program MCC can get to small and medium business.

The equipment set price "the MCC GLONASS" on one car is only 4,500 rubles. It should be noted that this reliable equipment made using new technologies, and also professional program for data processing.
